Upon arriving at Cancun Airport, I followed the tourists out to the taxi stand, took a shuttle bus, and got off at Herz. I rented a car here. It seemed to be connected. It was the same model and in good condition. The navigation system didn't connect automatically, so I prepared a charging cable and connected it, and it worked fine. I also bought a black box separately and installed it. Driving in Cancun wasn't as difficult as I thought. There were a lot of speed bumps and the speed limit wasn't clearly marked, so I drove slowly. There were plenty of police officers, and it wasn't difficult for a family trip. Oh, and I didn't recommend additional insurance other than paying in advance through Trip.com. I returned the car and received my deposit and fuel back. Be sure to ask where to return the rental car; the locations vary.
