The event, running from 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM, is free to enter and brings together diverse Brazilian culture, creating a vibrant celebration for people of all ages. The main stage features performances of samba, fúl, MPB (Brazilian pop music), à sè, and máracata, along with other artists and cultural projects. The event also includes a food fair showcasing representative flavors from across Brazil, and a dedicated area for craftspeople, service industry workers, and small business owners.

The Witches' Council cordially invites everyone to attend the Eighth Annual Witches' Ball, a magical Halloween event held at Porto Bello in Grand Haven. This highly anticipated event will take place on Saturday, October 21st, starting at 7 pm. The Witches' Ball is a time for everyone to come together and immerse themselves in the enchantment of Halloween. Guests are encouraged to embrace the Halloween spirit and wear their best costumes, as the best-dressed individual will be crowned at the stroke of midnight and reign until the following Halloween. This year's festivities promise to be bigger and better, with a range of exciting activities planned. Attendees can look forward to a thrilling costume contest, a witch limbo challenge, captivating live performances, mesmerizing tarot card readings, and a night of dancing. Additionally, there will be a 50/50 raffle and a variety of witch-themed games to enjoy. For those who wish to participate, please bring cash for the raffle and to bid on items in the silent auction. Winners for the auction, along with the 50/50 raffle number, will be announced after the conclusion of the costume contest.
