Independence day Celebration
Honor America's 250th Birthday! A Once In a Lifetime Experience. (First Boat Sold Ourt. One Boat Remains) Instead of overcrowding on the Mall or in an overcrowded metro, why not celebrate Independence Day in a special style: …. aboard a private boat;…. the monuments by moonlight;…. with the best view of the fireworks in Washington, D.C. Board our special boat at 8:00 for a birthday celebration like no other. In our two hour cruise, we’ll feature: 1) FIREWORKS CELEBRATION: Over $1,000,000 goes into this special show. Rather than cramming into small space on the National Mall, enjoy plenty of elbow room under the fresh air as we watch Washington’s largest fireworks spectacular! We’ll park in a prime area along the Potomac River where the colorful display explodes practically over our heads in Red, White and Blue celebration! 2) MEMORIALS BY MOONLIGHT: Before and after the fireworks, we’ll celebrate Independence Day with along the Potomac River with sunset and moonlight views of some of Washington’s most amazing evening sites including the: Kennedy Center, Key Bridge, Memorial Bridge, Roosevelt Island, Washington Monument, LBJ Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, U.S. Capitol, The Watergate, Lincoln Memorial, Maritime Memorial, the Ronald Reagan National Airport, Old Town, VA, and the Custis-Lee Mansion. Space is VERY limited, so register soon. Afterwards, we will take to the streets of Georgetown for an optional nightlife tour and celebration. We will cruise rain or shine but please dress according to the weather! Please also note that the fireworks organized as a part of the July 4th Celebration is beyond our control. We will cruise rain or shine but we are unable to offer refunds in the very unlikely event the fireworks are postponed due to the weather or other conditions beyond our control. You will be signed up for the postponed date. (Refunds are not granted, but you can transfer the tickets to a friend) Boat leaves from Washington Harbor (in Georgetown)3050 K Street, N.W., Washington D.C. At the very end of 31st Street at the Potomac River. If you are on the boardwalk facing the river, our boat will leave from the western-most point (farthest to your right) part of the boardwalk. Given the number of people traveling INTO the city, we recommend if you drive you give yourselves plenty of time to find parking or that you take the metro or a cab. Boarding begins promptly at 7:45 pm. We leave at 8 pm. If you miss the boat for whatever reason, we cannot grant you a refund or credit. Information Source: EmbassyExperiences.com | eventbrite
