The morning session of the event features a presentation introducing the program, as well as a case study that delves into the experience of a past applicant from the region. Following a refreshment break, attendees will participate in a workshop led by an Arts Council Museums Relationship Manager. This workshop will provide insights on what constitutes a good idea for a museum project and what makes a strong project grant application. Topics such as collaborative working, partnership funding, and support will also be covered.
