*Women in Running Morning* Ballycastle Runners AC are hosting a womens running information event to discuss and give advice around the many barriers affecting women of all abilities in running. The key speaker will be Coach Catherine Whoriskey from the Find Your Sparkle Project. She will be discussing nutrition, mindset strategies, perimenopause and female hormone imbalances. Catherine is a five times Waterside Half Marathon winner! Kelly Neely, coach and international middle distance athlete will be our guest speaker and discussing strength and conditioning for female runners. Kelly has been a Commonwealth Games finalist and former Northern Ireland record holder. A local PSNI representative will highlight the impact of promoting safe running habits, how important running in a group and wearing high-vis reflective gear is, particularly during the darker nights. £5 Admission and women only.
