I have always been searching for the meaning of life: Who Am I? What do I want? What is my purpose? What am I grateful for? I have a daily meditation practice which helps to ground me each morning. When I have time, I love starting the day with 25 to 30 mins of Yoga. This can be a challenge as I work full-time and sometimes have to travel for work. Born out of a desire to equip black men with the skills and confidence to attend Corporate Golf Days, Access Golf is an annual Golf Day hosted by PGA Professional Coaches at Essendon Golf Club in Hertfordshire. Arriving at 8.30am with a strict 9.00am start, attendees will participate in a skills clinic teaching; golf etiquette, the rules of the game and playing techniques - including chipping, putting, pitching and driving. These skills are then put into practice on a Par 3 course. Organic Improv is an exciting way for improvisers to get out of their own heads and comfort zones and break through their performance habits into new possibilities! In this advanced seven week course, students will learn and practice the skills needed to find the inspiration from the moment to weave individual scenes together into larger and more complex pieces that engage and surprise audiences. Kate the owner, has been involved with cows since she was a little girl and is no stranger in the cattle show ring. Together with her husband they started their own pedigree breed British Blondes, with her price winning bull (Boxy *). She will show you around the animals before we start our painting session in the barn overlooking the fields, smelling fresh straw and air. Our aim is to unleash your own painting style and encourage you, where needed. It’s your masterpiece and at the end your paintings will all be unique to you. Painting is relaxing and takes you away from your daily worries! It's proven to relieve stress and depression. Its therefore great for mindfulness and wellbeing. Our workshops are therefore great for corporate wellbeing events as well as the perfect gift, lady-days’, hen nights, work parties or Christmas party events HOW DOES IT WORK? - Easy step by step guidance to paint the painting you've signed up for when booking the workshop- Materials are all provided - Add your personal touch and creativity in the finishing phase using different techniques and colours. - Enjoy your results and others during the session - Take your creation home or give it to someone special- Group size max 15 people. - Tickets available via Eventbrite - Cancellations/refunds. Life gets in the way sometimes. If you can’t make it for whatever reason, we are happy to transfer you to any future event up to 7 days prior to the event. This gives us time to re-sell your ticket. If none of the future events are suitable we will refund your ticket. Please note, booking fees are non-refundable. Registrants who choose not to attend the event, and who do not transfer their event ticket by the stated deadline, will not be eligible for a refund or other compensation.
