2025 Murph Challenge Hosted by 302 Phalanx Foundation | Paper Mill Park
May 26, 2025 (UTC-4)
Newark
2025 Murph Challenge Hosted by 302 Phalanx Foundation
For Memorial Day every year, members of our foundation as well as many friends and family members participate in "Murph". It is a Memorial Day Hero workout popularized by CrossFit athletes and has gained national traction. Participants "suffer" through a grueling 1-mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, finished with another 1 mile run all while wearing a 20-pound weighted vest.
It is important to remember that The Murph Challenge is more than just a workout. It is a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and allows us the opportunity to dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor LT. Michael P. Murphy (SEAL), a man who sacrificed everything he had for our freedom. Join us this year as we continue to help keep his legacy alive through The Murph Challenge.
We’re reaching out to our friends in the community to seek your assistance. Hosting an endeavor such as this is a large undertaking. We at the 302 Phalanx Foundation are asking our friends in the community for support through contributions to this event to cover the operating cost such as permits, insurance, set-up costs, and event materials. Your donation to our efforts will allow us to continue to host events such as this to honor those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice.
The 302 Phalanx Foundation is a certified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt educational non-profit organization dedicated to the Strengthening of Families and Improvement of Local Communities through the sharing & practical application of knowledge, group mentoring & enrichment training, sustainable conservation of natural spaces, and participation in our local communities. Our primary initiative is our K9 vest initiative. We raise the funds to provide protective vests to K9 police officers dontaed free to their handler. We strive to protect those who protect us.

Jesus Collective Regional Gathering – Delaware | LifePath Church
Jun 27, 2025 (UTC-4)
Newark
Jesus Collective 2025 Regional Gathering – Newark, Delaware
How a Jesus-centered Movement Can Change the World
Join us
June 27-28 at LifePath Church
This is more than just an event—it’s a space to connect, dream, and imagine what a more hopeful, Jesus-centered Christianity might look like in today’s world. We’ll hear from theologians, authors, pastors, and practitioners, dive into meaningful conversations, and discover how a Jesus-centered movement can change the world. We will hear from Mark D. Baker, Meghan Larissa Good, Keith Smith, Adam Dyer, Cherish Hamilton, and more.
Sessions
Friday Morning and Afternoon
9am - 4pm
- Leader Sessions (Lunch Included)
Doors open at 8:30am
Friday morning and afternoon will be a time specifically for individuals leading and serving in churches, ministries, or organizations who are discerning and responding to the challenges of today’s cultural landscape. In a time of growing polarization and division, we invite you to engage in thoughtful dialogue with theologians and practitioners—including Mark D. Baker, Meghan Larissa Good, Keith Smith, and others—taking us deeper into the practical implications and outworkings of Jesus-centered leadership and theology.
Friday Evening 7pm - 9pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm - General Sessions
Friday Evening Doors open at 6:30pm and Saturday Morning Doors open at 8:30am
Friday evening is a time for leaders and the broader community to continue the conversation together as we explore where we’ve come in the last 500 years, since the Protestant Reformation, and where we sense the Spirit leading us corporately, collectively, and personally.
Saturday we will continue with a day full hearing from those navigating front line realities leading in the midst of polarity while holding Jesus at the center.
There will be three key conversations:
How does Jesus-centered power look different?
How does Jesus-centered justice look different?
How does Jesus-centered disagreement look different?
Each session will have a time of group discussion and Q&A with each of our guests.
