The ASID Texas Chapter Dallas Design Community invites you to join us in the showroom of Designer's Patio on the 9th floor of Dallas Market Center's World Trade Center. Enjoy lunch and the following informative CEU presented by Rob Robinson: Teak: Sustainable, Strong, and Stylish [IDCEC #125842 | HSW] Teak is elegant and durable and makes great-looking furniture. In this one-hour course you will discover the unique properties of teak and important factors to consider when assessing quality teak furniture. This presentation will explain the growth process of plantation teak trees and various programs designed to conserve and develop this important natural resource. In addition, we will assess design considerations and the cleaning and maintenance of teak furniture. Please bring a business card to enter the drawing for door prizes. One Industry member card will be drawn to give a 2-3 minute spotlight about your company and services.
