SONA Weightlifting and Ithaca Weightlifting will be co-hosting the 2026 Central New York Regional Open! The competition will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Important Details: o Pallas Fitness, 241 Cherry Street, Ithaca, New York 14850. o $75 + USAW BARS Fees. o Registration: Opens March 23, 2026. Closes Saturday, May 30 , 2026. o 60 athlete cap | 20-kilo rule enforced. o Apparel Deadline: Monday, May 11, 2026. o Waitlist: Available and late entries will be accepted if room permits. o Spectators: Free and welcome to attend the event. Refund Policy: o Athletes may receive a 50% refund through Monday, May 11, 2026.
