The Badminton Federation of Macau and Sands China Ltd. will jointly organize the "Sands China Ltd. Macau Open Badminton 2025, Part of The HSBC BWF World Tour Super 300", which will commence on 29th July to 3rd August 2025 at the Macao East Asian Games Dome, Macao. Since 2006, the Badminton Federation of Macau has been organizing this annual focusinginternational sport branding in Macao every year. This year the tournament, as one of the HSBC BWF World Tour Super 300 tournaments with world ranking points, will be continually awarded and jointly organized with “Sands China Ltd.”, to demonstrate full support for the cross-sector integration of tourism + sports and further enriching Macao’s positioning as a World Centre of Tourism and Leisure. The total prize money for the tournament of this year has been first-ever increased to US$370,000 (about MOP$2.96 million), and believing that the tournament will once again trigger a badminton craze. The tournament will be held in 5 events: Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles and Mixed doubles.
