Bangkok Design Week | Bangkok
Celebration
As 2025 draws to a close, it's time to mark Bangkok Design Week 2026 on the calendar, taking place from January 29 to February 8, 2026, across Bangkok's various creative districts.
Organized by the Creative Economy Agency (CEA) in collaboration with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, the government and private sector, educational institutions, international organizations, and the Creative Districts Network, the 11-day festival is themed "Design S/O/S".
The event revolves around the question "What can design do?", emphasizing that design is a tool to help people "act/create/survive," thereby driving urban development, strengthening businesses, promoting economic growth, and building a more sustainable world.
The festival covers various creative districts in Bangkok and includes exhibitions, lectures, workshops, events, tours, design markets, international collaborative projects, creative district initiatives, urban revitalization activities, and special promotions from local shops and restaurants.
Now in its ninth year, Bangkok Design Week continues to inspire change and invites people from all walks of life to use creativity and design to address the challenges of 2026 and beyond. The event highlights the visionary insights of designers, entrepreneurs, and community networks, encouraging them to translate their imagination and "life philosophy" into concrete action.
