Celebrate the eve of Election Day with an evening of songs from the Great American Songbook featuring performers from the Mabel Mercer Foundation. Hosted by KT Sullivan with pianist James Followell, the evening features Mark Nadler, Tim Connell, Hannah Jane, and Lumiri Tubo. Join us for a rousing tribute to America’s musical showstoppers by composers George M. Cohan and Irving Berlin, plus musical numbers from Ragtime and Suffs. Tubo will sing  America The Beautiful,  and as a special treat, Mark Nadler will perform his rendition of George Gershwin’s Rhapsody In Blue in celebration of its 100th anniversary. An Eventbrite reservation is required for this event. Please arrive no more than 15-20 minutes before the event start time. Seating is first-come, first-served. Please cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend. NAC members need not RSVP.

Metropolitan Museum of Art: Inception Space for Human Civilization This 130,000 square-metre maze hides a larger landscape than the New York skyline. It is recommended to start your time-travel from the Greek and Roman exhibition halls - the sun shines through the glass dome on the 6th century BC marble statues, the lines of the muscles of the gods are still breathing. The temple of the Danyu Temple in the Egyptian Pavilion is the most breathtaking. A must-visit spot in NYC! Rockefeller Center is not just iconic&mdash;it&rsquo;s also incredibly functional. Walking through the building is a great experience, with beautiful architecture, vibrant public spaces, and plenty of food options in and around the concourse. One of the best features is the subway station right in the lower level, making it super easy to get to. And of course, it&rsquo;s home to my favorite observation deck in the city&mdash;Top of the Rock. The views are unbeatable!
