Join STEPS and the Toronto Ward Museum on December 13, 2023, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, for the unveiling of Magic Windows, an exciting new media projection installation at DiverCITY on the Hill. This event, held at 2654 Eglinton Avenue West in Toronto, will showcase local stories, histories, and the vibrant creativity of the Little Jamaica Community.

Throughout August, artist mentor Moises Frank collaborated with emerging artist Isabelle (Ella) Loobie to develop her first public art piece. We invite you to celebrate Isabelle's incredible achievement and the culmination of a year filled with art in the community.

Magic Windows is a captivating window projection installation that pays tribute to the residents, creatives, and stories that have shaped the Eglinton Hill BIA community. This event will feature oral histories collected and curated by local youth facilitators during the DiverCITY on the Hill summer workshops. Immerse yourself in the joy of art, illumination, and community at this FREE family-friendly event, suitable for all ages.

Don't forget to indulge in some delicious snacks and hot chocolate provided on-site. We want everyone to have the opportunity to participate fully in this event, so please inform STEPS Cultural Planner, Ima Esin (ima@stepspublicart.org), if you require any special accommodations.
