As you stroll along the beach, you witness a harmonious gathering of 108 individuals flowing through yoga poses under the open skies. What a wonderful way to kickstart the year!

Feel Good Flows, a growing community that embraces the beauty of nature, is excited to invite you to this special event. Join us as we come together to reconnect and enjoy the sun, sea, breeze, and sandy toes. The schedule for the day is as follows:

- 9.30am: Begin with breath work, warm-up movements, and setting intentions.
- 9.45am: Embark on a transformative journey of 108 sun salutations, cleansing your body, mind, and soul.
- 11.15am: Meditate on your intentions for the practice and the year ahead.
- 11.30am: Take a refreshing dip in the bay.

Afterwards, feel free to stick around for coffee, juices, connection cards, and engaging conversations. We want you to fully immerse yourself in this rejuvenating experience. Don't worry if you don't have a yoga mat or beach towel; we have some available for you. Remember to bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a hat for your meditations.

This event is a pay-as-you-can opportunity, with a suggested price range of $7-27. We believe in accessible wellness for all. Join us as we rediscover the art of feeling good through the ancient practice of yoga. Let's start the year off right together.
