As part of ART:DIS' annual Artist-In-Training exhibition, this year's theme of 'Kaleidoscope' is named after the Greek etymology of the word – Kalos (beauty), Eidos (form), and skopeo (to examine) – whereby our 22 young artists present an exploration on colour theory and its many applications. Meet our young and talented artists, Trevor and Mitchell, as they share their inspiring art journeys! Mitchell, a passionate wildlife photographer, transforms his stunning photos into vibrant paintings that capture the beauty of nature. Meanwhile, Trevor, with his love for food and a knack for dry humor, delights us with his pun-filled foodie artworks that are sure to bring a smile to your face. Join us to hear their stories, discover their creative processes, and get inspired by their unique artistic expressions!
