About this event MOVE.MIND.UNITE is a challenge to improve holistic well-being through physical movement. As part of lululemon's Together we grow campaign, we aim to inspire, engage and celebrate moving together as a community. lululemon former ambassador, Aidan Chemaly, together with 10 other athletes from our partner studios will be attempting to complete 6 rounds of the MURPH challenge across a 24 hour period to raise funds for Samaritans of Singapore (SOS). Together with lululemon, the goal is to start conversations about well-being, break down the barriers between physical activity and mental health. Do note that you will be charged with an additional $3.26 as part of Eventbrite administrative fees upon payment. Secure your entry for ticketed sessions via this Eventbrite. All proceeds will be donated to Samaritans of Singapore (SOS). Each ticket entitles you to a limited edition lululemon top. What can I expect during the workout?

Take a taxi to the mountain, go directly to the luge, remember to confirm the scheduled time (I missed it, but Miss Sister changed the time), if you slide down the ticket many times and then take the cable car to slide, overall it is worth playing, the fare is not very expensive, When you slide down, the speed is very cool. It is recommended to slide down and buy a cup of coconut. After drinking, take the cable car to slide. If you leave, take the cable car to the mountain to take a taxi.

Sentosa Island is very good, the theme park has more projects, Jurassic Park, Xiaohuangren, etc. On the island, the ecology is mainly good, there are many birds, and I have seen seagulls, peacocks and lizards. The accommodation is more expensive. The hotel does not provide breakfast. Others are OK.
