Created in 2000 to shine a spotlight on the teeming creativity of the French art scene, the Marcel Duchamp Award aims to honour the artists who best represent their generation and promote the diversity of practices at work today in France on the international scene. The 2024 shortlist comprises: Abdelkader Benchamma; Gaëlle Choisne; Angela Detanico and Rafael Lain and Noémie Goudal. The loyal partnership between ADIAF (Association for the International Diffusion of French art) and the Centre Pompidou strives to promote the French art scene to as many people as possible and consolidating the support that these artists need.

Amazing experience. If you want to enjoy the full museum, I recommend going in the morning early already and booking an audio tour or normal tour. If you know what you want to see, a later time is also okay.

What a magnificent structure. The view of Paris is wonderful. You have the option to take the lift or use the stairs.

Notre Dame is worth it. It is one of the most famous attractions in Paris and a must visit attraction. It was rainy today and the queue was long. Very crowded. Enter the interior of Notre Dame, deeply attracted by the exquisite religious works of the interior decoration, statues, murals, tapestries and so on. Taking a lot of photos and reading a lot of religious knowledge. Worth a visit.

Visiting the Palace of Versailles was an amazing experience, but there are a few things to keep in mind. The palace is about an hour away from the city by train. The gardens are super vast, so be prepared for a lot of walking (suggest to rent a bicycle, golf car or take the shuttle train🤔). There is no need to add the musical show to your ticket if it&rsquo;s scheduled during your visit&mdash;it was free when I went on april. Also, bring some food with you, as dining options inside can be limited and pricey.Keep in mind that once your ticket is scanned, you can only enter the palace once. Make sure to explore the entire palace before stepping out. I arrived 2&ndash;3 hours later than my booking time but was still able to enter without any issues. Be prepared for long queues, especially during peak hours.Overall, it was worth the visit despite the minor inconveniences!

The Centre Pompidou

The last stop before leaving Paris, I chose the Pompidou Art Center. The building is very unique, like a large industrial factory. No wonder it is written in the modern industrial style on the Internet. Tickets are purchased online and the ticket is issued fairly fast, and it took less than an hour. Art exhibition, although there is no art cell, but follow the feeling, slowly have to go, slowly have to go, with their own perspective to understand, appreciate.
