If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations. 5. Is there a waiting list for sold-out events? We do not have a waiting list. However, you can check for resale tickets on Twickets, an official fan-to-fan ticket resale platform. 6. Do you offer concessions for disabled attendees? Yes, we provide a free Personal Assistance ticket for registered disabled individuals upon receiving supporting documents such as PIP or Access Card. Please check the venue's website for information on accessibility. 8. I purchased an Access ticket. Where is the ticket for my Carer? The Access ticket already includes an entry for your Carer, meaning that 1 ticket admits 2 people. 9. Is there a dress code? There is no strict dress code for the event. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. However, if the event is being held in a cathedral, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing high heels as they may cause damage to the cathedral flooring. 10. An amazing castle and visiting the grounds was a treat. Full of history and going through the surroundings, it wasn&#39;t repetitive and not boring at all. I absolutely loved it and it&#39;s was very interesting. I love the Arab Room and the war shelters.Reasonable priced tickets compared to the Royal castle prices.I highly recommend this visit for all ages.The staff were friendly and helpful.I love Cardiff. It&#39;s so refreshing compared to London.

Pleasant enough way to spend a couple of hours. Went primarily to see the paintings but (and of course this is entirely a matter of personal taste) there wasnt a lot to rock my boat and not a lot of range. Some of the pottery was quite interesting but could have been better displayed. The natural history section on the ground floor was rather more interesting than expected- not too &quot;dry&quot;
