The course provides coaches with an introduction to the game of rugby union and the principles and practice of safe, ethical and effective management and coaching of players of all ages. The course qualifies the coach to act as an assistant to a more qualified coach. The Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Rugby Union aims to develop a coach's ‘How to Coach’ skills as well as improve their 'What to coach Skills'. The course includes the IRB Rugby Ready course.The course is a modular course made up of the following units: Unit 1- Introduction to Safe and Ethical Rugby Union The role of the coachWorking with ChildrenBasic Laws of the GameHealth and SafetyUnit 2 – Plan Rugby Union Coaching Sessions Planning for Delivery of Coaching SessionsUnit 3 - Deliver Rugby Union Coaching Sessions Principles of Warm up and Cool DownSkill Development (Generic and position specific skills)Communication SkillsObservation of Performance(All units are mandatory and unit certification is available) Entry Requirements: Minimum Age 18 Course Arrangements / Outline The course is 21hrs in duration (16hrs on course, 5hrs home study)The course is a competence based course and involves on-course appraisalThe course involves both classroom and outdoor practical sessions. Coaches are expected to participate fully in all activitiesLunch and refreshments will be provided on all courses

An amazing castle and visiting the grounds was a treat. Full of history and going through the surroundings, it wasn&#39;t repetitive and not boring at all. I absolutely loved it and it&#39;s was very interesting. I love the Arab Room and the war shelters.Reasonable priced tickets compared to the Royal castle prices.I highly recommend this visit for all ages.The staff were friendly and helpful.I love Cardiff. It&#39;s so refreshing compared to London.

Pleasant enough way to spend a couple of hours. Went primarily to see the paintings but (and of course this is entirely a matter of personal taste) there wasnt a lot to rock my boat and not a lot of range. Some of the pottery was quite interesting but could have been better displayed. The natural history section on the ground floor was rather more interesting than expected- not too &quot;dry&quot;

Cardiff Bay is very easy to go.  It is very closed to Cardiff Central Station.  You can take the bus or walk 30 mins from central station.  It is free to visit, of course, and the scenary there is fantastic.  You can spend a few hours there, no doubt.  Take lots of pictures there.  There are a lot of shops and restaurant and coffee shop there.  So once you are tired, you can grab a coffee there, by sitting next to the seashore, enjoying the coffee and the sea at the same time.  Different kinds of pubs and restaurant there, from high class to family restaurant.  There are also a few historical buildings there, and there is a modern exhibition center there.  The design of its outlook is so high tech, you definitely will fall in love with it.
