The hotel is better than InterContinental, the luggage is delivered to the room, the decoration is high-end, the service staff is enthusiastic, and the hotel is in a good location near Ritz Park. It is highly recommended.

recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Palacio de los Duques in Madrid, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I entered the magnificent palace-like building, I was captivated by the grandeur and elegance that surrounded me. The hotel's location in the heart of Madrid's historic center is perfect for exploring the city's attractions. Many iconic landmarks, such as the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor, are within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing enthusiasts like me. The staff at Palacio de los Duques Madrid truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service provided by the concierge, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and professionalism. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and exuded a sense of luxury. The elegant decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities created a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I appreciated the little touches that enhanced my stay, such as the plush bathrobes and high-quality toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's stunning rooftop terrace. Offering panoramic views of Madrid's skyline, it provided a breathtaking backdrop for enjoying a drink or simply unwinding while taking in the city's beauty. The on-site restaurant also surpassed my expectations with its delectable cuisine, showcasing a fusion of traditional and contemporary flavors. Hotel Palacio de los Duques Madrid seamlessly blends historical charm with modern luxury. The preservation of the building's architectural heritage, combined with the impeccable service and attention to detail, creates an unforgettable experience. Overall, my stay at Hotel Palacio de los Duques Madrid exceeded all expectations. It is a true gem in the heart of Madrid, offering a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and convenience. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in the vibrant capital city of Spain.

Hotel Puerta America

I recently stayed at Hotel Puerta América and had a mixed experience. The hotel’s design is definitely its highlight—each floor features a unique style created by world-renowned architects, which makes for a visually exciting stay. The rooms are modern and spacious, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor. However, there were a few drawbacks. The service, while polite, felt inconsistent. Check-in took longer than expected, and there were delays with room service on multiple occasions. Additionally, while the hotel boasts of its luxury, some amenities felt a bit dated, especially considering the price point. The location is slightly away from the main tourist attractions, which is great if you’re looking for a quiet stay, but it’s not ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the action. Overall, Hotel Puerta América is a stylish and unique hotel, but there are areas where improvements could be made to justify the cost and overall experience.

A design hotel that suits your taste. Excellent location, rich breakfast. Opposite the hotel stands a statue of Cervantes and his family. Walking distance to the Spanish Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía and Temple of Debod. The bathroom design is novel. There is a separate bathtub and shower in the bathroom. It is very clever and feels like a swimming pool. After the bath, you can take a shower. It is clean and hygienic. The bathroom floor is slightly raised by the glass door. When showering, water will never seep out through the door gap, avoiding slipping on the floor outside the bathroom. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and a coffee table. The bedroom door separates the bedroom from the bathroom and the tea room, which is relatively independent.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and chocolates are given as a gift after check-in. The location is good, only a few minutes walk to Chamartin station. Taking the metro from Chamartin to the city center, for example to Sol station, only takes ten minutes. If you plan to go to Segovia in your itinerary, it will be convenient to stay here, because the trains to some suburban places depart from Chamartin Station. I feel like living here is better than living right in the center of the city. It’s newer and cleaner + the price is reasonable~
InterContinental Madrid, an IHG Hotel

My stay at the Intercontinental Madrid was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, placing me right in the heart of the vibrant city, allowing easy access to all the must-see attractions. The service was impeccable - the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the Club Lounge experience; the exquisite service and attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Madrid.

Located next to Plaza de España, the location is very good! There are many restaurants and shops around, and there is a big Zara opposite. We bought a lot of clothes there, about 50 euros for three T-shirts. The hotel room is very clean, the breakfast is very good, very rich, with freshly squeezed juice. There are 20 kinds of yogurt. Walk to the Royal Palace of Madrid. We took a taxi to several other museums for only 6-7 euros. I will stay here next time.

Excellent staff- everyone was so friendly and helpful. We arrived very early from international flight and they let us check in early. Great location to walk to museums and great restaurants. Rooftop bar and pool were very nice- again, super friendly service. Nice complimentary bottled water and chocolates brought to the room in the evening. Needed to get shoes shined and they got it done for me. Nice artwork throughout hotel. Didn’t charge for drinks in mini fridge- nice touch. Did I mention how friendly everyone is?
