An incredibly clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff — everything was truly satisfying. The ocean view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. The only downside was that parking fees are charged separately, and the parking facility was somewhat inconvenient to use.

Next time I come to Los Angeles, I will choose to stay here. The room is large, clean, and the bed is comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is also delicious.

Of course, the highlight for many is the Top of the Mark, the hotel's legendary cocktail lounge. Sipping a perfectly crafted drink while watching the sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge is an experience I won't soon forget. Beyond the stunning views and luxurious accommodations, what truly sets the Mark Hopkins apart is its exceptional staff. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none. I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed. The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge. Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

The hotel is right by Union Square and very close to Chinatown, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We even enjoyed a leisurely walk to Fisherman's Wharf and back, despite the rain. The $40/day parking across the street was also acceptable. The front desk upgraded us to a room overlooking the Christmas tree in the square, which really added to the festive atmosphere. It was a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in downtown San Francisco.

Facilities: Great! Although it is an old hotel, the quality of the Peninsula has always been online! Hygiene: Very good! The room, bathroom and bedding are very clean and tidy Environment: Luxurious and elegant, every detail of the hotel shows luxury and nobility Service: Perfect! All hotel service staff are very warm and friendly, and will politely address the guests. The house car service is also perfect, and they also carefully give the guests a pillowcase with their initials! Everything is a surprise! The Peninsula is definitely the best luxury hotel in Los Angeles, everything makes people feel perfect! I will stay here again when I come to Los Angeles in the future!

I stayed for four nights to watch the Dodgers. The location was excellent — close to the stadium and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés. While the area may not be considered the safest, the hotel and its immediate surroundings were well-lit and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the gym was fully equipped, and I would definitely like to stay again.

Enjoyed the unbeatable views and a wide range of amenities in Los Angeles, it was really great! Convenient transportation. I checked out many hotels, and this InterContinental branch still has excellent facilities. The view is fantastic, offering beautiful nightscapes, and during the day, you often see 2-3 planes in the sky. The room was well-stocked with 4 coffee capsules and 4 tea bags. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
