The location is good, but the room is very small and quite old, and it’s very noisy at night. The main issue I’m unhappy with is that they overcharged me by $61.91. I called the hotel, and they told me to contact Trip.com, but Trip.com doesn’t make it easy to reach customer service. I guess even if I manage to get in touch, they’ll probably tell me to contact the hotel again. Being pushed back and forth like this is really frustrating.

I used the spa at this location and will absolutely be going back as often as I can afford to! Sheila was friendly, professional, and kind and the rest of the staff were just as amazing. It honestly felt like entering into another world from the busy and. dirty streets of DTLA.

Of course, the highlight for many is the Top of the Mark, the hotel's legendary cocktail lounge. Sipping a perfectly crafted drink while watching the sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge is an experience I won't soon forget. Beyond the stunning views and luxurious accommodations, what truly sets the Mark Hopkins apart is its exceptional staff. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a seasoned traveler, the InterContinental Mark Hopkins offers an unforgettable San Francisco experience.

This hotel is quite large and the facilities are brand new, making for an excellent stay! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactively offered us a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. The location in the Chinese district is perfect. There are two large Chinese supermarkets just a short walk downstairs, and plenty of Chinese restaurants and hometown specialty eateries nearby. If you're traveling and craving a taste of home, you'll have no trouble finding it here – it's ideal for Chinese travelers. The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

The hotel where the conference was held, but there was a bug between the agent and the hotel. One room could not be checked in. After a long communication, the front desk service attitude was not very good, and the back-end phone could not be reached. Fortunately, it was well negotiated with Ctrip. The room is relatively small and the settings are relatively old. After all, it is a century-old hotel. The laundry is all from Le Labo, but it is not bad. The breakfast restaurant is not a buffet, and the introduction is incorrect. The ordering and serving are very slow, maybe it is a sense of relaxation. The location of the hotel is good, but it is very close to the tram route, and the Inception camera is one or two blocks away.

Excellent stay. Rooms were spotless and modern. Central location with easy access to downtown LA. Service and amenities were first-class. Food quality was outstanding both in-room and at the hotel restaurants. The bar stood out as the highlight — great atmosphere and drinks. The location is absolutely superb, right in the heart of the city. Union Square is just a right turn out of the hotel entrance, and the cable car terminus is only a few minutes' walk away. Dining options are abundant and convenient nearby, and Chinatown is also within easy walking distance. Overall, the hotel is pretty decent. The only downsides were the slightly small room and weak shower pressure. I also paid an extra $20 for early check-in, even though it was already past 12 PM. Guests staying at the hotel receive discount vouchers for dining at the hotel restaurant, which was a nice perk. The room offered an unbeatable view. Overall, it's worth recommending.

The room was basic, but exuded a vintage charm. The price was among the most expensive in Beverly Hills. The breakfast was generous and made to order, and the waffles and fried chicken were delicious. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the shopping district. Parking was $80 per night.

The hotel staff was perfect, but the other people I met here weren't as friendly as others I met elsewhere in LA.

The hotel gave us a room on the 48th floor with amazing city views. The twin room with 1.5-meter beds was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but all the bath amenities were provided. The highlights were definitely the gym and the pool. I highly recommend checking them out. The outdoor pool had a comfortable temperature, and at 1.2 meters deep, it was perfect for both swimming and just splashing around.
