I had a great stay at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence! The room was clean and comfortable, and even have bathtub, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location in best to walk around, which made it super easy to get around. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.

This place was beyond my expectations! We were greeted firstly by the gentleman at the ferry terminal to wait for our shuttle bus. Once we reached the hotel, the view from the lobby literally took my breath away. Initially we booked the garden view but dangg the sea view is to die for so we called the receptionist to upgrade to the sea view room just merely 3mins after stepping into our room. No regrets!! Room is perfect for the 3 of us (2Adults & 1kid), but the flooring in room 5031 (I think the vinyl tile) was slightly airy so there’s a “whistling” sound every time we stepped on certain floors in the room. Staffs were all amazing especially the staffs in Rempah Restaurant. To name a few - Putera, Allen, Maria… mostly everyone was so welcoming and can see how they enjoyed working here. Special shout out to the beautiful receptionist that welcomed us, Viona — she figured out it was my birthday and they really surprised me with the cakes! First it was a surprise in the restaurant during breakfast, then next, in the room! It was a lovely surprise for both me and my husband cos my husband didnt even tell them to do anything. He just literally asked if the hotel is selling any cakes to celebrate my birthday. Their initiative is on another level. Food in Rempah Restaurants are all marvellous! We had dinner, breakfast and lunch here. Chef Johan was so nice to go around asking for feedbacks on his dishes. He even let us try his new menu that he is adding into the restaurant- the fish floss is amazing. The spa was great too! Beautiful ambiance and love how the ladies approached us to ask if I would like to try their spa when I was by the pool side. Its a nice gesture from them, looking for potential customers (: I highly recommend this place and I really hope they will maintain their standard, cos we will return to bring our parents one day. We booked a triple room for ourselves. The room is spacious and has a balcony too. We were allocated a room on the 9th floor which gives us a good view of Batam city. It would be better to get a room on a higher level as the noise from the vehicles passing by the main road can be disturbing at night. The swimming pool, gym, sauna room and steam bath room are also great for relaxation. Planet Holiday hotel is located nearby to Nagoya Mall and Grand Batam Mall. The hotel also provides shuttle bus services to the malls during Fridays and Saturdays. Traveling around Batam Island is convenient using Grab car service. The breakfast spread is also reasonably good.

I like the convenience of the resort - beaches, activities, spa and wellness, pools, bars, 3 restaurants. Good cleanliness and the staff were very helpful and receptive to our needs. Although the price for spa and wellness is high, I will justify it as convenience and high quality 👍 will definitely come back again ! They had events - valentines dinner and bbq!

Check in was very quick and fast, and we were in the rooms within 5-7 minutes of checking in. We got a twin room with south facing windows which was nicely equipped with international plugs and well thought out room lighting modes on the control panel. Airconditioning was good and toilet ventilation was also pretty decent. I used the gym which was nicely equipped for weight training as well as some cardio machines, and the pool was pretty nice. Beds were comfortable and I had a great sleep. Some areas for improvement in the housekeeping area: 1. There were oil stains on the room windows that was not cleaned for the duration of our stay (likely from previous guest pressing his/her face against the window) 2. The tissue box on the bathroom counter needs a re-think, as there's a hole on the bottom, the tissues get soaked when water splashes out of the sink onto the counter 3. Water pressure for the sink needs to be adjusted, it's too strong and splashes all over to the unsuspecting user 4. Shower pressure was good but the shower head was split open (did not affect the functionality) All in all, very nice and I would stay here again and would recommend it to my friends as it's probably the nicest hotel in the area currently.

ive enjoyed my stayed and honeymoon here and because of this place i fell in love with batam..the staff were very helpfull and well trained...can understand and converse well either in bahasa malaysia and english...the place is clean and disable-friendly with ramp and etc...the spa was nice,the pool is cleab,room and ambiece is really fresh...would love to stay here again...suitable for stress free enviroment even its a bit far from any famous spot in batam but perfect for healing and relaxing

Receptionist insisted we need to upgrade to 2bedroom villa and ONLY cos there are 4 people, so meaning those with 4 people has to book 2bedroom villa??? And that too during the new year peak period charges, which is really unfair When booking their service eg, floating breakfast and milk bath they insist we pay first for the services. They din provide WiFi slip until we asked them during the night Massage package will expensive Buffet breakfast was very poor, not much choices Nothing complimentary for booking a 2 bedroom villa which was forced to upgrade during peak period season. Very unsatisfactory!!!

Her professionalism and warmth truly stood out, making my experience at the hotel even more enjoyable. The room was impressively comfortable, with a soft bed that provided an excellent sleep environment. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, the air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to allow temperature control, possibly due to a malfunction. While the room temperature was manageable, it would be better if the air conditioner could be fixed to allow future guests more control over their room’s climate. Secondly, the bathroom lacked a water hose, making it somewhat inconvenient to wash my feet. Adding this facility would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, Beverly Hotel Batam is a highly recommended place to stay. Despite a few minor issues, they don’t overshadow the overall experience. I recently stayed at your hotel with my family for 2 nights and had a pleasant vacation. During our stay, I was deeply impressed by the polite and friendly service provided by all the staff, which added greatly to our positive experience. However, I noticed that in the non-air-conditioned restaurant -Harris Cafe , the staff were required to wear long-sleeved and long-pant uniforms. During breakfast time, nearly every staff was visibly sweating from being so busy, which was truly heart-wrenching to see, the current uniform design is not particularly appealing. I sincerely suggest that the hotel management consider redesigning the staff uniforms using lighter and more breathable materials, allowing them to feel more comfortable and at ease while serving guests in a better environment. Furthermore, I recommend adding more fans in the Harris café area, especially during peak hours when the space becomes quite crowded and noticeably warm. Improving ventilation would not only enhance the dining experience for guests but also contribute to the well-being and efficiency of the staff. Thank you for the excellent service you provided during our stay. I hope the hotel will continue to thrive and refine these details in the future.

We are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road. The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices. The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable. The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc. The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam. It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

Location is great for those who likes BCS mall. Staff service was nice and great however the door card were given us a few issues as it couldn’t access the lift. A few customers faces the same issues too. Overall it’s good experience and room is very wide. Not my first time staying in this hotel and would definitely come back again. A2 food court is just right below. Breakfast is just nice too.

Hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms was very clean with full toiletries. The two huge crystal chandeliers in the lobby was impressive. Chinese New year decorations was very apt and beautiful. Breakfast spread was first class. This is definitely a go to hotel in Batam as it was strategically location in the heart of the city.

We were recommended to your hotel by my wife's nephew who was a guest at your hotel with his family.  The location is excellent especially for shopping at the Grand Batam mall.  We found your staff very polite and always helpful.  This applied to all the staff we interacted with from the door man to the staff at check in and check out to & the staff at breakfast.  There was one particular person at concierge (a rather tall, slim fair looking gentlemen) who was particularly helpful and always with a smile.  We were hoping to see him today to make sure we get his name but unfortunately he was not on duty today. We were hoping to use the gym and pool today but ran out of time.  The gym and the pool looked well maintained and clean.  We had a massage last night and they were excellent. We found boiling a kettle took a long time but I presume it is due to poor infrastructure on the island.  The island could certainly do with more invested in the infrastructure and roads/traffic to encourage more visitors.

The resort is conveniently located very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach. Upon arrival at the terminal, a bus service is provided to bring us directly into the resort,. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an earlier check-in at around 12 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay and allowed us to settle in comfortably without any delays. The service at the resort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. We stayed in a glamping room that was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite it being the rainy and windy monsoon season, there were no issues with leaks, and the room remained cozy. However, it’s important to note that the glamping tents are not soundproof. We could hear people talking outside and the sound of the tent shaking during strong winds. Treasure Bay Bintan offers a variety of facilities and activities, and we had an entire day to enjoy everything it had to offer.However due to the rain, we could not do all of the activities and think that visiting during the dry season might be a better option. One of the highlights of our stay was the tent-side BBQ. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn’t BBQ the food ourselves, but the resort accommodated us by preparing the BBQ in the restaurant and serving it to us. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite generous—enough to serve up to three people per two sets(Do take note the minimum order has to be two sets). Overall we are very happy with the service provided to us!

Overall a pretty decent stay. We super love the service and friendliness of the staff. Very accommodating to all of our requests and many last minute changes. The room is quite clean and the aircon is super strong. Very convenient to have the pool outside, good privacy while you take a dip/play in the water. They have Netflix, Disney+, etc but you need to sign in to your account. Downside is we are disconnected to the signal/no internet for the TV. Ended up using our phones to watch shows.

Just got back from a stay at the Holiday Inn Resort, and I had a great time! The service was awesome, and the staff were super friendly—really made me feel at home. The swimming pool and all the amenities were on point. I loved hanging out by the pool! And let me tell you, the Indonesian food was fantastic. I can't recommend it enough! I’m planning come back in future.

Overall, the resort is acceptable. The resort is surrounded by the woods and far from amenities. Thus, if anyone likes to buy any goods, it would be quite difficult to access groceries. The resort restaurant costs around S$ 49 for 2 pax, which is inevitable as the place is pretty isolated. The fact is that nothing much choice is available in the menu. The resort is service apartment type and provided with lots of utensils for own cooking and usage. However, there is no groceries or min Mart nearby. The resort offered free time to time shuttle bus service which is good for all customers. Ferry and shuttle bus timetable us available at reception. Though we booked as a Garden view, we received car park view, bit it is okay for us since everywhere is quiet and tranquil.

Neat and tidy. Located in city center thus convenient to get to the port upon departure. On the first night the room that we were allocated had a leakage of water from the ceilings so they immediately got us another room ready. -Okay selection of breakfast options -Food menu and prices from their restaurant is good price (though I didn’t order any 😅)

Nice and unique place to stay in. Was a peaceful stay in except the bed side are filled with ants :”( however all were good! Went on a weekends and they have grill with movie service . Their customer service were Top notch. They're super well manners filled with so much courtesy. 👏 resort is nearby to neemo! They responded promptly in WhatsApp even if its a last min plan to it even helped decorated the bed to my request!!

Arranged for ferry terminal pick up and drop off and the drivers are both courteous and accommodating (though more than twice the price compared to transpo by grab). First room, the aircon not working,i called more than 2-3times to check but nobody come, i even got massage room service for 2hours still nobody come..imagine how hot it is in the room.. after few more hours the maintenance came and say that the aircon got problem just then they decided to transfer me to the other room at the opposite wing. Got plans to celebrate my birthday on that day but just preferred to stay at the room and ordered dinner. The food are ok. The condiments in the room looks messy and the door hinges are broken. Most of the staff i encounter can’t communicate much in english so needs to improve on that part. The overnight stay was not that great but just ok.

One if the best hotels in Tg Pinang since its quite limited. Room is clean, hotel service is great. And breakfast is great too! Most probably will be my go to hotel if I visit here again!
