Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !

I was very satisfied with the large facilities and the swimming pool at this hotel. The room was spacious, and both the indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot springs, were very clean, making it a place I want to visit again. Although the breakfast area was a bit small, the food was absolutely delicious. I’d like to especially thank Ms. Jisun Kim, the Korean staff member, for her repeated assistance. However, during check-in, I was quite uncomfortable with the front desk staff member, HIGA, who repeatedly used the phrase ”as I said” while explaining things like the hotel parking. I hope this feedback helps with the hotel's future operations.

The hotel is located in the center of American Village, surrounded by colorful buildings, beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, convenient stores, and shopping centers. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. A highlight of the stay is the breakfast, where you can enjoy traditional Okinawan food. It is definitely a must-try!

The room that I book considered spacious enough. Room amenities were quite complete (toiletries, minibar, towel and the basic stuffs were available). However need to pay parking, 1500yen per night; but it was considered reasonable. The location was very nearby with Kokusai Dori, 5 mins or less walking distance only. Perfect location for those who wanted to shop. However the only downside was the hotel soundproof. Since it was near to crowded area, i could hear the noise and it affected my sleep. But overall, it was a good stay for me and husband.

The location couldn’t be better—right on Kokusai-dori, the heart of the city! While the hotel has limited parking, they made it easy for us by providing coupons for a nearby car park, ensuring we could park conveniently and enjoy our stay without a hitch. The bathroom offered a generous amount of space, providing a comforting contrast to the often cramped bathrooms found in many Japanese hotels.

Fantastic stay! The hotel's location is unbeatable - just a stone's throw from the monorail, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. And the cherry on top? Don Quijote (Donki) is literally right below the hotel! Midnight shopping, anyone? It's perfect for those late-night cravings or last-minute shopping sprees. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and amenities. 4 stars and can't wait to come back!

If I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing. 1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand. 2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”? 3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way. I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking. I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking. Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all. Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.

It has a sacred air like an art museum, and it stops and troubles travelers who want to go out a lot. When you go upstairs, there are also a number of 々 paintings. Imagination is tickled. The view from the room faces the sea, and the expressway runs over the head. Gradually, the ”highway ridge ground” itself is felt like a ”square frame”, and the ”sea” spread between the concrete is also one of the paintings of the art work. The scenery where nature and artifacts live together is the most abundant expression of Naha. The restaurant meal is also very sticky with Okinawa material, and there is no other hotel that can enjoy both the vibrant and relaxing of the city. New hotel just born in April 2020 There is still a vacancy now, but if the situation changes, the reservation will arrive *. If you want to experience the crowded healing arts and the unknown experience that can enjoy these ３ at the same time, you recommend early reservations.

After researching thoroughly for our anniversary/babymoon, we were happy this hotel was close to the bus terminal as well as downtown area with all the restaurants (roughly 15-20 mins). Hotel also came with detergent (for a fee) to use in their washer/dryer. Now the downside - this hotel can't possibly be a 4 star hotel, DO NOT fall for it. The hotel lobby is dated as is the room. We booked a double room/suite that's supposed to come with a double bed and view. Instead, we got a room with sofa and 2 twin beds facing a hotel with a smiley face and the sea somewhere in the back. So for the first night since it was late, we squeezed into 1 bed. On the second day, I went to the front and told them what we had booked and asked if they can change our room because I had paid a higher rate. What ended up happening is they pushed the 2 beds together and Voila! Now we get a ”double bed” with a crack in the middle. Luckily we only had 2 nights of this left, my poor husband slept in the crack of this hard AF bed. The bed was old and excruciatingly painful. My husband couldn't believe how hard the bed was! We contemplated sleeping on the floor if it wasn't so dirty and we had thicker blankets. Imagine being 25 weeks pregnant and having to sleep on your side on such a hard bed - my back, hips and shoulders were sore for days after leaving Okinawa. I thought the pain was from being pregnant until it resolved as we continued our trip and ended up in a different hotel. I have never slept on such a hard bed - and I've slept in hostels, shared beds with multiple friends, and had slept on cracks numerous times during my travel. By far, this has been THE WORST experience. I've also been more comfortable on a motel 6 bed. So do yourself a favor. Don't stay here unless it's cheaper than any 1 star hotel you see around. It'll likely be a more comfortable stay for much cheaper.

Together with my husband and daughter, we stayed 1 week in this beautiful hotel. It just opened last April 2021. Everything was perfect. We are very thankful to the owner and all the staff. They were very professional, kind and really helpful. Victor, Yumi, Olivier, Oscar and Anca were always there to make sure everything is okay during our stay. They gave us delicious croissants with coffee and drinks for breakfast even though it was not mentioned during our reservation. All the rooms come with an ocean view. The sunset from the room is spectacular and very romantic. All we want to do as soon as we wake up is to open the curtains and enjoy the sea view. The room is charming with a tatami-like floor. The bathroom is spacious. Internet is very reliable. The swimming pool on the rooftop offers a panoramic view. The hotel is in a quiet, family-friendly area and just 15mins walk from American village where you can do the shopping and find a lot of restaurants. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will never forget our sejour and definitely will see you again soon.

【良かった点 ※スパ利用＆2食付きのプランの場合】 * お部屋とバルコニーが広々として解放感あり。さすがアメリカ時代にヒルトンとして建てられた建物。 * ベッドの寝心地が良い。 * スパ付きプランだと岩盤浴も含めて大浴場が使い放題！ * 食事が美味しく体に良さそう。特に夕食の「はいむるぶし御膳」は丁寧に作られていて嬉しかった。朝食のスムージーも◎！ * 食事チケットの使い方がフレキシブルで良い。朝食の代わりに昼食用にカフェで利用したり、2枚使って夕食をビュッフェに変更したりできるのはとても便利。 * お庭はあまり広くはないが手入れがされていて朝の散歩が気持ち良い。 * ミネラルウォーターくみ放題！ 【ちょっと残念な点】 * ロケーション：海から少し遠い。遠くに海は見えるが「ザ・沖縄」という感じはしない。スパの大浴場から見える景色が海だったら言うことなしだと思う。周辺にコンビニが無く、イオンの入っているショッピングセンター沖縄ライカムは徒歩25分くらい。 * 経年劣化は仕方がないが、壁紙が少し剥がれかけていたのは残念（でも掃除は行き届いていた） * 朝食ビュッフェに肉料理があまりない。（自家製ハムのみ？添加物を使った加工品はNGだから？和食メニューは充実） 総合的にとても気持ちよく滞在できたので満足度が非常に高く、機会があればまた宿泊したいホテル。平日だからかスパも空いていてゆっくりできた。公共交通機関を使って来られるのも嬉しいポイント。コミュニティバスの「グスクめぐりん」を利用して中城城跡の観光にも行け、冬の沖縄を満喫できた。ちなみにこのバスは実証実験中で今年の3月31日まで運行とのこと。その後どうなるかは不明。このバスが無い場合、高速バスの停まるライカムや喜舎場まではタクシー移動となりそう。唯一タクシー移動をした北谷のアメリカンビレッジまでは片道1700円。 夏に沖縄に来るなら、泳ぎたいしダイビングもしたいので海に近いホテルを選ぶと思いますが、海に行かず、何もせずにのんびりするなら最高におすすめのホテル。

A very good hotel. A family of 7 also found the room very large. There is a washing machine and dryer provided, which is a very important package for us with 3 children in Okinawa for 8 days. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is also very close to the American Village. For lunch and dinner, you don't have to worry about not being able to find a table/or having to wait for a long time. The swimming pool on 10/F is a good place to check in in the afternoon and evening. Children also like it very much. The hotel provides us with 2 parking spaces. If you come as a family, it is very convenient to have 2 cars.

We visited during our trip to Japan for the Rugby World Cup. I chose it as it looked a bit ”quirky” and was right on the beach. I did not expect it to be as lovely as it was. After the shoe box sized rooms in Tokyo we were spoilt for space. Beautiful rooms, all mod cons and loads of space. We were lucky enough to have a ground floor room which opened up directly onto the beach. The bathroom and shower were luxurious and you couldn't pick a better sport for a beautiful sunset. Reception staff were great - friendly and very helpful.

A family of three stayed, emailed to communicate before departure, because the same bb went, the request bb bed and highchair were satisfied to 🥰 The living environment is very comfortable, the TV even Youtube and Netflix have a success, it is unexpected! Recommend everyone to stay

Celebrating our anniversary, we were upgraded to a sea view room for free. The rooms are all good, with washing machines, dryers, microwaves, induction cookers, pots and pans  Same two sets of tableware It’s not difficult to play rice cooker In addition, the toilet, exhaust fan and air conditioner are all equipped with the latest equipment. The sunset from the room is spectacular and very romantic. All we want to do as soon as we wake up is to open the curtains and enjoy the sea view. The room is charming with a tatami-like floor. The bathroom is spacious. Internet is very reliable. The swimming pool on the rooftop offers a panoramic view. The hotel is in a quiet, family-friendly area and just 15mins walk from American village where you can do the shopping and find a lot of restaurants. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will never forget our sejour and definitely will see you again soon.

A very good hotel. A family of 7 also found the room very large. There is a washing machine and dryer provided, which is a very important package for us with 3 children in Okinawa for 8 days. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is also very close to the American Village. For lunch and dinner, you don't have to worry about not being able to find a table/or having to wait for a long time. The swimming pool on 10/F is a good place to check in in the afternoon and evening. Children also like it very much. The hotel provides us with 2 parking spaces. If you come as a family, it is very convenient to have 2 cars.

We visited during our trip to Japan for the Rugby World Cup. I chose it as it looked a bit ”quirky” and was right on the beach. I did not expect it to be as lovely as it was. After the shoe box sized rooms in Tokyo we were spoilt for space. Beautiful rooms, all mod cons and loads of space. We were lucky enough to have a ground floor room which opened up directly onto the beach. The bathroom and shower were luxurious and you couldn't pick a better sport for a beautiful sunset. Reception staff were great - friendly and very helpful.

A family of three stayed, emailed to communicate before departure, because the same bb went, the request bb bed and highchair were satisfied to 🥰 The living environment is very comfortable, the TV even Youtube and Netflix have a success, it is unexpected! Recommend everyone to stay

Celebrating our anniversary, we were upgraded to a sea view room for free. The rooms are all good, with washing machines, dryers, microwaves, induction cookers, pots and pans  Same two sets of tableware It’s not difficult to play rice cooker In addition, the toilet, exhaust fan and air conditioner are all equipped with the latest equipment. The most important thing is to have a big bathtub 🛁 The only flaw is that their shower liquid contains too much essential oil. It seems like another layer of oil has been left on your body after you wash it off. But the overall score is 4.5/5! There is a sea near the hotel. It only takes 10 minutes to go to the American Village. Will stay here again if I go to Okinawa again
