Really impress on cleaness hotel has, eco-friendly, can required amenties on hotel application. Located near Nimman soi6, can walk but quite far. The view is fantastic. ALSO, I had request some special for my partners birthday, hotel give me some surprise with chocolate (yummy) brownie 🥹

Great location with lots of small cafes and restaurants nearby. Don’t bother getting the hotel breakfast as there are so many good options in the area. It gets pretty busy and crowded at night with lots of parties going on. So if you need a peaceful zone to be a night, this would not be the place to be. The pools on both buildings are of the same sizes with good lengths. Can’t say much about the gym thought, it’s small and poorly equipment but that’s more or less the same you get in most hotels here. Bathroom could do with some cotton buds and it’s annoying how the wifi keeps logging out frequently and I have to re-login every few hours.

If you don’t want to pay the $200+ for the marriot next door then book this hotel. It’s a wonderful 4 star hotel and the marriot is about a 15 second walk. Full size gym, amazing pool. This hotel is almost as good as the marriot but about 80% cheaper.

We moved to this hotel due to something wrong of the Airbnb, I found it good to the price, it’s further away from central festival mall, about 8 minutes drive, so you need a car when you stay in this hotel, there is no shops or restaurants or 7-11 around. Do not give too much expectation for their breakfast! Rooms are big and clean, shower is the instant heat type, I guess it may not be enough hot water for winter time, summer is Ok to just take cold shower.

We are a couple traveling from Bangkok to Chiangmai staying here for 5 days at Honeymoon Suite with Jacuzzi room, it was a very comfortable stay. Location is super convenient, at the center of Nimman area and are being surrounded by One Nimman, Maya, 7-11, famous coffee shops, massages and night life within at most 10 mins walk, some are even right outside our hotel back door. I got my Manago sticky rice nearly every night just right outside our hotel back door a small shop. Room is very neat and clean. We are facing sun rise, it was gorgeous to see that every day. Room is not very big, good enough for a couple. More importantly is their outdoor area with Jacuzzi and sitting out area. If you have kids, they can really play there for a whole day!! We bought street food and dined outdoor area with the night stars. Also we stayed there for New Year eve and New Year, this balcony area allowed us to see the fireworks from Ninmman clock tower so closely and clearly!!! We didn't even need to get into the crowd outside!!! I love this hotel very much, and we will come back again next year for our new year and see the fireworks again!!!

Cons: • The hotel housekeeping staff did not clean thoroughly, especially the bathroom drain, which was clogged with hair. • Towels were not changed regularly. • The hotel’s TV is outdated and has a delayed response. • The hotel’s internet connection is poor. Pros: • The hotel has a great location. There is a bar downstairs, a supermarket, and street food nearby. • Maya Shopping Mall is just a 10-minute drive away.

This hotel is located close to 1nimman and Maya Shopping Center, so it was the best location. However, there was an incident where we had to change rooms because there were ants in the room, but they were handled quickly. I would like to praise Tiw and Ying, who were at the desk. They were very kind. I would also like to thank Tle, who kindly carried my luggage.

Staffs are very great and lovely. But the room is not that perfect. The bed is hard, there are no face paper, and the room cleanliness is okay but could be better. The main disadvantage is the height of floor to ceiling is very short, it would make you crowded.

We like the nature surrounding of the hotel. However, the cleanliness should be improved and some maintenance needs to be done. Overall, we still satisfied :)

The hotel is comparatively close to our trail running start point. Just 15-20 mins walk to the PAO park. Rooms are clean and service ladies are welcoming except one old lady at the reception counter with bad manner. Every time i meet her at the counter, she never say any words or ever a simple ”hello” . when we left and asking for refund for deosit, she replied me with the same old words ”wait a minute”. She may be the owner of this hotel, but I think she demonstrates a very bad example to her staff showing bad service manner to the customers.

Very impressed with both the atmosphere and the service. The facilities are complete. Everyone is smiling. The environment is very good. There is a stream next to the accommodation, suitable for relaxation. I recommend it. You must try to stay here and experience something good.

This hotel is very comfortable and quiet. The food in the restaurant is good. It's a little expensive, but it's far away from the city. It's great to eat some. The food in the kitchen is delicious. The price is very high, and its swimming pool is very big. If you like outdoor sports, you can choose this hotel. If you don't have transportation, don't choose this hotel

Interesting experience where we had dinner (bbq) and breakfast delivered to our room. View was great from the balcony. Room was clean. Only downside was there was no amenities surrounding after sunset. So make sure to have extra food for those who require supper. Also, be prepared to live with some insects or flies that flew in from the nature. We loved staring at the greenery and breathing in the natural fresh air, which we can’t get the experience in the city. A good getaway from the bustling city life. Highly recommend for those looking for such experience

The hotel is in the middle of the mountain. It takes around 1 hour from Chiang Mai airport. Suggest to arrive hotel early to enjoy the resort as nothing to see during night time. Hotel restaurant is good, looking out the mountain and food is good with fair price. Room is so so, nothing wow. Nice to walk around the resort area during day time, nice and chill.

Quite a gd place to enjoy natural. But reasonably, it's not a luxury location. Location is not too accessible but meant to be.

Great hotel. Not so much a hotel, it is more like a domestic boutique homestay. The whole hotel is about 5-8 villas. Each villa is one family. The room is well maintained, not dirty and not tide. Close to the Four Seasons Hotel. The breakfast every morning is a reservation system, and it feels like the Four Seasons Hotel is doing part-time. The ancient city is tired for a few days and you can consider coming here for a few days. Every few hundred meters around, there will be some very special coffee shops. It is not far from the Limeisa Falls. The housekeeper pen is very nice, warm and kind. Suitable for family travel.

Because I was going to the elephant training camp, I deliberately lived nearby in order to reduce the time on the circuit. The hotel was very clean and the service was very enthusiastic. The breakfast was specially made for the children with a lean meat porridge, which I felt was excellent value for money

The service is a bit indifferent. omg, don't stay there on Saturday, the music at the nearby restaurant is so loud, it's like a party in your room. We were after a flight and could not sleep till 12, the next day it was quiet though. But it already ruined our experience and my second day as I was exhausted after major lack of sleep. If you got neighbors next door you can also understand everything they are saying unless you don't speak the language. The soundproof just doesn't exist. Anyway, I can't call a place a resort if it doesn't provide basic quietness after 10 pm. Not sure who gave it high score. I guess they didn't stay on the weekends. The facilities, design, etc all is good though. People are also quiet at night. At least we were lucky with that. The pool is clean, but of course its cold in January, some people were swimming though. The breakfast is good as well. Got books and some simple toys for kids. Poor score on the service since they told me they got no idea where the music is coming from and when would it stop. At the same time when I called other hotels trying to relocate (couldn't in the end as it was impossible to get a cab at 11 pm in the area), even they knew the problem of this hotel with the restaurant nearby.

First of all, this is indeed a building with a beautiful appearance and well-preserved colonial style, but it really needs to be disenchanted! The location is very remote, 1 hour's drive from the city. There are no facilities nearby, but the hotel's catering is very poor. Among the 5 hotels I have stayed in in Chiang Mai, this one is the worst. The breakfast is hard to describe, the pastry is all limp, the juice has a rancid smell that has been stored for a long time, and the chicken porridge that is praised online is really salty. The only Western restaurant in the hotel is still beautifully decorated, but the food is really terrible! The meal costs 350+ RMB, the quality is worse than airplane food, and the pasta is worse than fast food. Fortunately, I ordered a takeaway kebab from a place near my house. It was cheap and delicious, so I could barely make it through dinner. I booked a basic room type. The interior is a bit basic but acceptable. But the hygienic condition is average, and I don’t want to dwell on the yellow stuff on the back of the pillow. The shower worked fine, but water leaked to the door. The sound insulation is also very poor. You can hear every movement in the old house very clearly. No wonder you have to sign an agreement when you move in. It says that if you don't pay attention to the loud noise three times, you will be evicted. Haha. The service could only be described as superficially polite, but it was also full of embarrassment. When we checked out, the staff asked us stiffly where we were going next and which hotel we were staying in. I asked him what for and he couldn't come back. After the process was completed, he said he was worried that we would lose something... In short, this hotel is only suitable for checking in and taking photos, and the limit is one night. The original teak structure building in northern Thailand, next to Suthep Mountain in Chiang Mai. The environment is very good, the hotel restaurant is delicious. The kids love it. Very suitable for family trips. The spokesperson of the hotel's image - Lincoln, is a very gentleman.

I took my kids and mom to spend the weekend there. It happened to be Mother's Day, and the hotel sent a bouquet of flowers very considerately. The breakfast was very rich, with a menu to choose from, and you can freely mix and match your favorite food. The merchant service was very considerate, and they also provided free pick-up and drop-off to the elephant farm near the hotel!

Accommodation suitable for relaxation, quiet, good location, on the main road, various rooms, fairly new condition, delicious food. The resort is natural, there may be ants and insects, so close the doors and windows well.

If you love nature, this place is more suitable than the hotels in the city. There is no noise from the airport, no noisy streets, only the leisurely fields, birds singing and flowers blooming. It is more convenient to go to Doi Inthanon and Doi Suthep than to stay in a hotel in the city. It was Christmas and New Year's Eve when I checked in, and it was particularly difficult to find a chartered car to Doi Inthanon. The female boss at the front desk who could speak Chinese (it seemed to be) kept helping me call and find a chartered car driver. She was very patient. I finally found one after searching for a long time, and she also helped me bargain. Thumbs up for the boss. 👍👍👍👍

The boss is very enthusiastic and responsive. The restaurant food is also great. My son said that he would take the egg fried rice there home. We are accompanying the family. The boss also helped us contact the intermediary to find a room. It was great.

Went to stay for the second time. I like everything here. After going, I want to go again and again. I like nature, lots of trees, lots of shade. Just a little bit, I was woken up at 1 a.m. by foreigners coming to play in the pool and chatting in front of our room. In the service section I am impressed with every employee. I'll find another opportunity.
