calywenaSo close but not so far from the old town or maybe the attractions which is good, if you’re staying inside around the grand palace, it may get noisy so this place is really in a good place so location is very strategic 😘 From the train station (Midi Station), 2 stops away and you can walk to the hotel easily 🫶🏻 This hotel is kinda old so it gives off the old vibes but you got what you need and breakfast is good 😄 everybody is so welcoming ~ if you’re in a budget and still want a good hotel to stay, here is the place 👍🏻 thank you 🫰🏻

NachtischThe hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a convenient underground parking garage right next door. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. There's a water dispenser in the hallway and a capsule coffee machine in the room. The room itself is spacious, but the cleaning wasn't quite up to par, as there were items left behind by the previous guest. The shower area in the bathroom becomes very slippery when wet, posing a fall risk, and the toilet door doesn't have a lock.

ZhuyuxixiThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right near Brussels' Grand Place – literally a two-minute walk away. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, which is a rare find in Europe, and the facilities were great. Having a kettle was a huge plus for us. We stayed for two nights, and the steak restaurant directly across from the hotel entrance was amazing – delicious and not expensive, so it was incredibly convenient to grab a meal right outside. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it!

Anonymous UserPros:
1. **Convenient Location:** The hotel is right above various transportation hubs, including bus stops, tram stations, and a subway station.
2. **Close to Train Station:** The train station is large and very close; I walked there in 8 minutes, and the path was good, making it easy to pull my luggage.
3. **Modern Room Amenities:** The room has full electronic controls and air conditioning, so the hardware facilities are quite good.
4. **Modern Art Vibe:** I really liked the modern art atmosphere throughout the building. There were also many art books by world-renowned modern artists nearby, which I took some time to browse.
5. **Fresh Linens:** The bedding was relatively new, well-laundered, and neatly ironed.
6. **Excellent Breakfast:** The breakfast was fantastic! There was a chef making omelets to order, smoked salmon, and a variety of hot dishes every day.
7. **Shopping Nearby:** There's a large shopping mall and a commercial street just across the road.
Cons:
1. **Housekeeping Issue:** One day, I turned on the 'make up room' light and left. The housekeeping department didn't clean my room. When I returned in the evening and saw them outside the neighboring room, I asked them to clean mine as soon as possible, and I went to the lobby to wait. After an hour and forty minutes, I came back, and the room still hadn't been cleaned. This felt disrespectful to me. I spoke to the front desk, and after a few more tens of minutes, I inquired again, and the room was finally cleaned. This issue didn't happen again.
2. **Water Stains:** Some of the facilities had white limescale, which should be cleaned more thoroughly.

CansuqixingThis hotel is really old... Don't let the five-star rating fool you, it feels more like a three-star. The elevator is incredibly slow, from 1999! The furniture in the room is also very dated. The front desk sells bottled water in glass bottles for 8 euros a pop – ridiculous. As our Belgian client told us, the hotel's location is right between a safe area and an unsafe one. It's close to the light rail, but there's no elevator from the light rail station to the street level, which is quite annoying. Walking to the city center is fairly convenient though. For the price, it offers good value for money; other hotels in the same area are more expensive.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone; everything was amazing, from location and
the staff. You can truly feel the high-quality, star-level service here. They helped us with everything and made our stay very comfortable. Also, definitely try the room service: the smash burger here is absolutely delicious. Would 100% recommend this hotel!

Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

Anonymous UserA wonderful hotel right next to the Botanical Gardens. Quiet rooms. Sadly, however, the doors are quite thin and have a gap at the bottom, so you can hear everything that is happening outside of your room and also can hear everything that’s happening inside the rooms when you are in the hallway. Besides, the bathroom door is incredibly thin and the bathrooms are very echoey, so travelling not solo might introduce some awkwardness if you are one of the people with shy bladders. Other than that, everything was great. Clean, friendly, top service.

MsJin says hilton is trash
This Warwick hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Central Station and about 150 meters from Brussels' Grand Place. It has its own private parking right next to the hotel. There's a rooftop bar with a view, which I peeked at but didn't visit, mainly because it was on the same floor as my room, and from my living room window and even from bed, I had fantastic views of the cathedral and Grand Place, among other sights.
We booked the Executive Warwick Suite, which was comfortably spacious for us. Upon entering, there's a restroom, and housekeeping had already prepared the sofa bed. The bathroom featured a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The tissues were conveniently placed, the bath mats were neatly arranged, and the toiletries were from the French brand Nuxe. The hotel's amenities were comprehensive, including bottled water, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a valet stand, ironing facilities, and a safe for umbrellas. My favorite feature, however, was that the room was soundproof.
From the living room and bedroom windows, the daytime view was actually less appealing than the night view; Brussels looked a bit run-down with not much to see.
Cons:
1. The TV in the bedroom required viewing at an angle, though there was another TV above the refrigerator in the living room.
2. Neither of the two wardrobes had a designated area for hanging wet clothes.
3. The hairdryer required constant pressing to operate and tended to generate static electricity.
