Generally very good, they allowed me late checkout and changed my room since it was not a double bed as it was stated in the trip.com description in which it also said that there was a bathtub but there was no...
The cleanliness was good, the bed was very comfortable, the location was good, perhaps the least of all was the breakfast, it lacked some selection for a 4-star hotel, everything was too simple, but the man who was in the freshly made eggs and crepes section was very friendly (Yusef), generally good.
I don't know where the spa is, nor do they mention it. Therefore calling it Hotel & Spa seems a bit unnecessary to me.
The hotel is beautifully designed, with a swimming pool, blue sky and sea as standard. Many locals come here for vacation! The breakfast is rich in variety, the service staff is also very enthusiastic, the room is spacious and comfortable, I will come here a few more times next time to enjoy a few more days!
I highly recommended this hotel at Lleida with suggestions to have breakfast there to fully experience its offerings. The room was modern, new, and clean too. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly.
It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the shopping streets.
Hotel parking with a fee is available for us.
Hotel muy señorial, bonito, habitaciones y baño amplias. Piscina y Spa. Desayuno buffet muy completo y rico. Restaurante con menú, te dan la opción de que sí el día de salida, reservas un tratamiento o comida restaurante, te dejan la habitación hasta las 18,00. Una maravilla para poder aprovechar el día.
Right across from the hotel is a Chinese-run seafood buffet. On weekdays, it's about €18.5 per person, and on weekends it's around €24-25, with drinks charged separately. They have a good variety of seafood, overall pretty nice.
You can take bus L77 from the airport to the hotel. To go back to the airport, you can catch the L77 right outside the hotel, but you'll need to flag it down. When getting off, it's best to press the 'stop' button in advance to ensure it stops.
It took us more than an hour to check in, the dining room is a bit confusing, it's not easy to find a spoon, there are huge lines to get coffee, it wouldn't cost much to put in another machine, the bathrooms have a bathtub, it needs a little repair, I think that It can't be a 4 star, a 3 would be more appropriate
The room is relatively large, the facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner cannot adjust the wind speed, and it is a bit noisy. The hotel has a good environment, the garden is large, and the swimming pool is quite satisfactory. Located in a hot spring town, it produces many brands of mineral water. The most famous is that the Vichy Catalony, Hotel belongs to the Water Factory Group.
The hotel has its own chapel and can organize activities.
Breakfast is not very good, there are few choices.
The service at the great reception, at the buffet breakfast was not so good, the girl we asked if please could make some tortillas we were looking would be and when we told her that there was no hot milk to put to coffee in the buffet I also looked at us very seriously and answered us quite dry, the other girl and the boy though very sympathetic. The room was not quite good, there were screws on the floor that had not been fresh and a lot of dust above the desk light. The location is great and the hotel is very beautiful.

Very Good
GGuest UserVery good location, lots of restaurants near by and within comfortable walking distance to attractions including Gaudi’s well known church, the Basílica de la Sagrada Família.
Room is good size, with separated shower and toilet. Room attendant is very nice. We stayed 4 nights and may reserve it again if we’re going to Barcelona in the future.
The only downside is the elevator is a bit smaller.
AAiwandexiaopengyouThe hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but the room size was decent enough, with more than ample space to open two large suitcases. And they had *duvets*! This was the only hotel among the several we stayed at in Spain that actually provided them. The location seemed decent enough, although we primarily used taxis. We found that for a group, taking taxis in Barcelona offered better value than using the metro. A branch of Joncake is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel – highly recommended! It's delicious and there was no waiting in line.
CCatWild86A hotel review for Hotel SB BCN Events:
Hotel SB BCN Events: A Fantastically Fun and Surprisingly Serene Stay!
Forget what you think you know about ”business” hotels, because the Hotel SB BCN Events is a delightful surprise that's packed with fun, positive vibes, and a truly relaxing atmosphere!
From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. The check-in was a breeze, and we were whisked away to our room, which was an absolute dream. The decor is modern and sleek, but the big, fluffy beds and the incredible natural light made it feel cozy and welcoming. I'm pretty sure I could have spent my entire trip just lounging on that bed and gazing out the window!
But then we discovered the rooftop pool... and the game was officially changed! Holy wow. The views are breathtaking, and it's the perfect spot to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy a cocktail. The atmosphere is so relaxed and happy; it's like a little slice of paradise right in the city. And the poolside bar staff? Absolute legends! They were so friendly and made the most delicious drinks.
Even the hotel's location, which might seem a little outside the city center, is a huge plus! It's so peaceful and quiet at night, and we loved the feeling of escaping the hustle and bustle after a day of sightseeing. Plus, the public transport connections are super easy, so getting to the main attractions was never a problem. We actually enjoyed the short ride, as it gave us a chance to see more of the city!
The food at the hotel was also fantastic. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet in the morning was a feast! So many options, all so fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring.
Overall, our stay at Hotel SB BCN Events was an absolute joy. It’s a place that manages to be stylish and sophisticated, yet still feel incredibly friendly and fun. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our next trip back. If you're looking for a hotel that goes above and beyond to make you feel special, this is the place for you. Five stars and two enthusiastic thumbs up! 👍👍
MMARXO_JIASHUFantastic hotel room with good scenery, although the pool will be closed due to the heavy rain, but it will open while the sun shows. Also it take 5mins to the Tram station, 10mins to Metro(L4). 15mins to the beach. Hope these pictures can help anyone who is interested in this hotel to refer😊
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and right by the train station. There's a McDonald's downstairs and a Carrefour nearby. We chose this place because we had an early morning train to Granada. It's a bit far from the main attractions, but the subway is convenient, and there's a machine at the station to buy public transport cards, which was really helpful.
AAyaazThe hotel was nice and clean. Car park was good. Breakfast could be better but should state a clear message that children breakfast are not free because I asked for breakfast included and we were charged for two children both age under 11 . Need more staff at check-in desk. But wonderful experience.
GGuest UserThe hotel is new and has some management issues, but the staff are patient and friendly. The location is a bit off the beaten path, making it perfect for families looking for a quiet getaway. The breakfast was very rich, and the rooms were new and clean.
GGuest UserIt's a pretty good hotel, especially if you're traveling by car. It's conveniently located close to the airport, and the city center is only about a 10-minute drive away.
The rooms are quite spacious and look clean.
Breakfast was quite hearty, with options like hash browns and pancakes, and everything tasted good.
It's worth noting that all the elevators in this hotel are panoramic elevators, so those with a fear of heights should be aware.
РРабадан Рабаданов
Aspectos a mejorar:
JJoe the world citizenThis hotel is located outside of the city center of Barcelona. It is just across from Fira Barcelona Gran Via, which has a L9 South metro stop. Hence, it is not difficult to go to the city from the hotel. The room is spacious with nice decor but the hotel seems a little old as there are some cracks here and there. The gym is usable but not really complete. There is a huge selection of food for the breakfast but they are not the best, either.
