"We Stayed 1 night in deluxe twin room. On the arrival day, we found an issue with the bathroom handle, and repaired immediately with the Engineering Team. The Hotel somehow need to maintain cause the corridor hall looks chipping in some places, the pool was great, big pool with the view to BECAKAYU Highway Toll. The hotel located beside Metropolitan Mall, so it's easy to find some restaurant there . Overall I give 3.5 / 5 score."

"Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!"

"A nice hotel for staycation, good service, good location close to Risenda Park mall, very nice & helpfull staff 👍 Breakfast is very varied, everything tastes delicious, especially the fried rice and various fried foods. There is also food for children. Child-friendly hotel, lots of games, outdoor playground and a fun swimming pool. Will back again for stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Thank you Ms Maya and Mr Alfirdus for the special decorations for our anniversary. Even though I overlooked my check out date ,they managed to wait for my call and did not touch anything in the room yet. To confirm that I'm extended the stay or check out. Well done 👍 guys. I'm super happy staying at this hotel. My wife was surprised by the rose while we were taking our breakfast. She loved it so much 🙏. We definitely will come back again for our next trips."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back."
