This place was nice and cosy. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 children 8,4,2) huge bathroom upstairs and a washing machine downstairs in the other washroom. Was clean and tidy upon arrival :) We chose this place to be within the 5th ring for our private transfer to the Great Wall. It has a little convenient store just outside the building. It is also within walking distance to shops/restaurants and a plaza too. Communication with host was all done through WeChat and the instructions given were easy to follow. Even when I was unsure of something, I was able to contact the host easily and they were able to answer my questions and queries in a timely manner. Only con I had was the smell of smoke throughout the building but that did not effect our stay too much! Also couldn’t quite understand how to use the tv/projector, but didn’t bother us too much either as we were out most of the day, and was just wanting it in the evenings to unwind :)

So far very satisfied with this apartment, the owner provides complete directions to the location, how to enter the apartment. The environment in this apartment building is safe, not noisy and I feel comfortable going in and out of the apartment. The apartment area is very large for a price that is still affordable for the area. Complaints about a slightly damaged door were responded to quickly by the owner and immediately repaired when we arrived. . Beds, towels and toiletries are complete like hotel standards and even exceed their completeness. It's just that there are no kitchen utensils, only paper cups are provided. Microwave and small stove are available. . The location is very close to supermarkets, small malls and not too far from the Sanlitun area. My conclusion is that I highly recommend this apartment.

My fiance and I just left and we LOVED it! The room was clean and the staff was VERYYY nice!! The workers made sure we were comfortable and recommended we sit and chill in the building with the pond with Coy fish during down time. They served us complimentary tea as well as we sat. It was a very nice atmosphere in there. Down the walkway is a restaurant that serves DELICIOUS food! I wish we had of tried them before our last day in Beijing because we would’ve been there everyday. If you stay and see a mid-aged lady asking you to try her restaurant, do it..you won’t regret it and she’s really nice as well! Again, the staff and room was fantastic!

I like this one very much. The boss picked us up at the entrance of the ancient town and drove us to the door of the homestay. The room has a small courtyard with good privacy. There are slides and Lego for children to play in the courtyard, freeing your hands. There are not many people in the ancient town and it is convenient to eat. The Qinhuai at the entrance of the ancient city is very good. I had dinner and breakfast at her house. The eldest sister is very enthusiastic and the food is very good, which makes people feel very comfortable.

Magical place that we wanna visit again!!! The staff were very helpful throughout the stay. Place was spacious, clean and neat, bed was comfortable, which was important for travellers to rest adequately 🤗 at night we could even see the clear starry sky and did Stargazing at the courtyard. The breakfast was beautifuly presented and delicious too. The cafe visit is a must. There was a mini farmyard there where there were 3 goats that guests were freely playing with and touching. The setup and deco were so beautiful that you will end up spending hours there taking pictures or admiring the views. Many locals seem to visit the cafe for the food and beautiful aesthetics as well. The coffee were beautifully presented - and I didn't expect they will taste so good! The mix were refreshing and simply awesome. Location was very ideal too. Convenient to the Great wall entrance - took about 5min by taxi. Overall happy with my stay here, and I'd definitely recommend it to all travellers! This is the best place we've stayed in our trip to Beijing. Simply beautiful and magical.

The landlord is very nice and upgraded the room type. The environment upstairs and downstairs is great and the children are happy. The sleep is very comfortable, the floor is heated, and there is parking at the door. It is super convenient, good value for money and very close to Universal Studios. It is convenient for eating, staying and playing. I will stay here again next time I come.

Daxing Airport pick-up and drop-off service: very friendly and polite Environment: Comfortable Hygienic: very clean Facilities: The big bed room is very big, two people are completely enough to sleep and are very empty. The boss is very polite and the luggage reception is very comfortable.

I have to say that this is the most spacious hotel I have stayed in Beijing in the past few days. The room is large and clean, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The room was upgraded for free during the off-season. The transportation is also very convenient. You can take a taxi directly to Daxing Airport without traffic jams. The traffic from Daxing Airport to the city center is much smoother than that day. Beijing's evening rush hour is too congested. It is also very convenient to take the subway from the city center. It takes only 8 minutes to get there by taxi after getting off the subway. The service is still good. The cervical vertebra is not good. The housekeeper helped to change the latex pillow in advance. Basically, it is responsive to every request. Beijing is still relatively hot these two days. Ice water is available in the refrigerator. This is very good. The courtyard is very beautiful and quiet. I will stay here next time.

A very unique B&B. I ordered it based on the photos, and it didn't disappoint me. It's very cost-effective. It's so comfortable to stroll around Universal Studios for a day and then take a private bath! The boss is very enthusiastic, and there is a special car to pick you up, which is very convenient! I will come here again if I have the chance!

Very well located; close to two subway stations and plenty of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Clean and cosy rooms, although the walls are a bit thin and you can hear other rooms. But that is not a deterrent factor. Staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to provide an outstanding service. They helped us keep our luggage before and after checking out, provided recommendations on places where we could eat. Will definitely stay again if the chance occurs.
