I had a wonderful stay at Siye Homestay! The help desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The location was perfect - there were plenty of food choices nearby, from street food to restaurants, so I never went hungry. Plus, having a convenience stall downstairs was super convenient for grabbing any essentials. But what really impressed me was the proximity to nearby malls. I could easily walk to the shopping centers, which made exploring the area a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend Siye Homestay for its excellent service, convenient location, and affordability.

This time I had a good experience staying in a B&B in Sanlitun. The location is really convenient. Turn left and walk for 3 minutes to the Workers' Stadium Station on Line 3 (actually measured about 200 meters), which provides smooth access to China World Trade Center and Tiananmen Square. Sanlitun Taikoo Li is within walking distance, so you can walk back to your residence after shopping at night without any pressure. It is very friendly to friends who like nightlife. The management of the B&B is very professional and the housekeeper's response speed exceeded expectations. On the day of check-in, the bathroom drained a little slowly. After I took photos and provided feedback, I received a solution within 1 minute, and the maintenance technician came to my house and took care of it within half an hour. During this period, the housekeeper kept following up to confirm the situation. The communication tone was polite and efficient, and I could really feel their care. Cleanliness is a plus! There is special cleaning every day, the trash cans are replaced in time, disposable toothbrushes/bath towels are replenished every day, and the bedding feels fluffy after being exposed to the sun. If you need to cook some simple meals, you can borrow them from the housekeeper. The washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave oven shells have some signs of use, but the cooling and heating effects are completely normal and will not affect daily use. The room facilities are quite complete: the wifi is stable and you can watch TV shows without any pressure, and the air conditioning is powerful. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that some of the small appliances (such as kettles) are older in style, but the actual boiling speed and quietness are good, and they are ”ordinary in appearance but practical”. If there is one small regret, it is that the bathroom space is a bit compact, but the storage racks are reasonably configured and the suitcase can be fully unfolded. At this price range, I think it is very cost-effective to live in such a well-maintained house in the core business district. Recommended to business people or leisure tourists who need convenient transportation and value responsive service. I will consider this place next time I come to Sanlitun!

A more expensive room was specially ordered, because a transfer from the airport was offered. Considering that we arrived at 23-30, this was a priority option. But already before the plane, when I sent the arrival time so that they would meet me, the hotel said that they did not have a transfer, because he was with his family now. He offered to cancel the reservation. But the free cancellation time expired and I was already on the plane. Accordingly, I arrived at night, no one met me, the hotel wrote down the room number and said come in, it (the room) is waiting for you. I had to walk to the hotel on foot in the cold and wind at night 8 kilometers. Considering that everything was in Chinese, I somehow found the hotel. There was no one inside, the room was open. I asked the hotel to at least organize a transfer to the airport. To which I received the answer that the car was broken. That is, the declared transfer service was not provided at all, the money for the room with the transfer service was wasted. The water in the boiler in the hotel is moldy. There is a kettle and mugs. Shabby. No toilet brush and no intimate shower. The sink drain is clogged. I didn't see any hotel representatives, everything was done by correspondence. In the end I changed the hotel to another one, where the transfer was provided.

Hotel location is in the middle of food street and within the walking distant to light and sound stage and cable car to Simatai great wall. Hotel is super clean, very big room. You need a bit of physical ability to walk uphill to the heavy front door of the hotel (should not be a problem if you come to Simatai to climb great wall anyway). You will register at tourist service center and take their bus to drop you off at the beginning of the food street. But to get the room key card, you need to contact hotel/restaurant on the opposite side of this hotel and discuss for options for the next day breakfast. Breakfast room is in this restaurant. Staff speaks only chinese. So, translator apps will help you. Most TV channel is in chinese except 1 or 2 channel which is in english. Good breakfast. New and clean amenity. All in all, I recommended this hotel.

Hospitality at the hotel was fantastic, with staff go beyond our expections. We booked one bedroom for 2 kids & 2 adults and was upgraded to two queen size beds. We was given piping hot soup, sandwiches, fruits & beverages upon reaching as the weather was very cold. They also ensured that our kids are feeling warm & cosy as well. Each time when we came back from our day out, they offered to make us hot dumpling soup! That was very nice of them. On our last night with Le Zai, they even helped us arranged a car for pick up just right outside their accommodation (their alley is very small by the way). As we have a train to catch early in the morning (before breakfast was even open), the staff packed breakfast (bread, milk & fruits) for us so we can have it on our way to our next destination. I will never hesitate to recommend my friends to book Le Zai when in Hutong. One of the best and left us a great experiences. Thank you staffs of Le Zai!

Service of the 管家 was undeniably good - response was prompt. When we requested for something, it was done almost immediately. Instructions on how to get into the apt was also very clear. Location - w/in 10mins walk to Taikoo Li, SOHO. You can find Saboten, 小大董，BK, Butterful & Creamourous, HeyTea, Uniqlo & some other shops. Close to subway station (Line 3 & 17). There's a Luckin Coffee, Muji & Urban Revivo just downstairs. Unit - big enough for family of 4 w/ 2 big beds and ample space for luggage. Families who have a budget should consider as those closer to WFJ cost so much more and have small beds if they are twin-bedded rooms. Nice view from balcony, but we hardly access bcos it was winter. However, condition of the unit we were allocated indeed require some maintenance. Wardrobe doors couldn't be closed properly, bathroom shower door was crackling, & I think the shower area had a leakage somewhere, the floor near the wc was all wet after a bath when it was not where the shower door was fixed. Nonetheless, it had been a great 8 days' stay. Thank you 管家!

For a hotel of this price range, the most important thing is the price/performance ratio. The bathroom is shared. The cleaning lady is a female, so the female bathroom is well maintained. The male bathroom is a little worse because it is not convenient to enter, but the cleaning lady is also trying her best to keep it clean. The front desk will also assist with late night check-ins, but try to check in early to avoid affecting the rest of the front desk staff and other guests. The staff on duty at the front desk are also very nice. I hope everyone can treat them kindly. The sound insulation is limited by the physical structure and cannot be done very well, but at least everyone has an independent space, which is not easy. The bed sheets and quilt covers are disposable and will be changed for each guest. There is really no problem with hygiene. In short, it is a good experience. I will stay again as long as the price is right.

The front desk staff helped us out from before we even got there until the moment we left. We did all our booking and traveling ourselves and the location on DiDi is in Chinese. We added the hotel on WeChat and they helped us find multiple ways to get there. They check on our well being and traveling status the entire trip until we arrived. When we arrived with DiDi they welcomed us with delicious food from the restaurant. They helped us with getting to the Great Wall and even helped us book our DiDi to the airport. When we left they gave us a small gift. The service I amazing for foreigners traveling to China without a tour group. The location is stunning and the room was so clean and comfy. Thank you for making our stay memorable ❤️. They also have an adorable cat who is very friendly.

Lovely location in the middle of the town, huge breakfast spread, and helpful staff. Homey vibes, just that hot water wasn’t always available in the shower, and the heater wasn’t working at night. Reckon it’s not an issue if you’re not visiting in winter. Lots of snack shops and restaurants within walkable distance. Checkout the town’s free drone show at night too :)

I’m enjoying my first stay in Beijing. My flight was cancelled so I had to book a hotel. It is a few minutes drive from terminal 2 and it costed me 19 yuan. There is a free shuttle service provided by the hotel. I went to the airport by using the free shuttle service. The hotel staff is courteous. I requested extra water and they provided me free of cost. The meal at the hotel restaurant was also delicious. There is a constant noise coming from the airport side. Still I had a comfortable stay here.
