😁👌👏👍👍👍 Everything was exactly as described. The room size was perfect for 2 people. New water, tea bags and coffee powder every day. Room cleaning was also good and everyone was attentive. The noise level in the hallway and street was super quiet. The bathroom is great, but unfortunately it doesn't have a door. We pushed a shelf in front of the passage. Then it was OK. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. There is no reception, but the people in the office could be reached via WeChat and were always very friendly and very helpful. They also had lots of recommendations. The location is very good, 800m from the metro. It's in a high-rise with security. There is a small supermarket right next door. And there are lots of places to eat within a 2-minute walk. We would love to come back and it is highly recommended. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben. Zimmergrösse war perfekt für 2 Personen. Jeden Tag neues Wasser, Teebeutel und Kaffeepulver. Zimmerreinigung war auch gut und alle aufmerksam. Lautstärke bezüglich Etageflur als auch Strasse war super ruhig. Das Badezimmer ist toll, hat aber leider keine Tür. Wir haben ein Regal vor den Durchgang geschoben. Dann war es ok. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Es gibt keine Rezeption, aber die Personen im office waren per wechat zu erreichen und immer sehr sehr freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hatten auch viele Empfehlungen. Lage ist sehr gut mit 800m zur Metro. Es ist in einem Hochaus mit security. Direkt nebenan ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Und in 2min zu Fuss viele Essensmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und es ist sehr zu empfehlen.

The housekeeper service is very good, the response is timely, the room is clean and tidy, the housekeeper cleans every day, and the bath towels are changed every day. The location is very good, it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the subway station, and it is next to Sanlitun Workers' Stadium. There are many delicious foods.

Hotel location is in the middle of food street and within the walking distant to light and sound stage and cable car to Simatai great wall. Hotel is super clean, very big room. You need a bit of physical ability to walk uphill to the heavy front door of the hotel (should not be a problem if you come to Simatai to climb great wall anyway). You will register at tourist service center and take their bus to drop you off at the beginning of the food street. But to get the room key card, you need to contact hotel/restaurant on the opposite side of this hotel and discuss for options for the next day breakfast. Breakfast room is in this restaurant. Staff speaks only chinese. So, translator apps will help you. Most TV channel is in chinese except 1 or 2 channel which is in english. Good breakfast. New and clean amenity. All in all, I recommended this hotel.

Hospitality at the hotel was fantastic, with staff go beyond our expections. We booked one bedroom for 2 kids & 2 adults and was upgraded to two queen size beds. We was given piping hot soup, sandwiches, fruits & beverages upon reaching as the weather was very cold. They also ensured that our kids are feeling warm & cosy as well. Each time when we came back from our day out, they offered to make us hot dumpling soup! That was very nice of them. On our last night with Le Zai, they even helped us arranged a car for pick up just right outside their accommodation (their alley is very small by the way). As we have a train to catch early in the morning (before breakfast was even open), the staff packed breakfast (bread, milk & fruits) for us so we can have it on our way to our next destination. I will never hesitate to recommend my friends to book Le Zai when in Hutong. One of the best and left us a great experiences. Thank you staffs of Le Zai!

Magical place that we wanna visit again!!! The staff were very helpful throughout the stay. Place was spacious, clean and neat, bed was comfortable, which was important for travellers to rest adequately 🤗 at night we could even see the clear starry sky and did Stargazing at the courtyard. The breakfast was beautifuly presented and delicious too. The cafe visit is a must. There was a mini farmyard there where there were 3 goats that guests were freely playing with and touching. The setup and deco were so beautiful that you will end up spending hours there taking pictures or admiring the views. Many locals seem to visit the cafe for the food and beautiful aesthetics as well. The coffee were beautifully presented - and I didn't expect they will taste so good! The mix were refreshing and simply awesome. Location was very ideal too. Convenient to the Great wall entrance - took about 5min by taxi. Overall happy with my stay here, and I'd definitely recommend it to all travellers! This is the best place we've stayed in our trip to Beijing. Simply beautiful and magical.

I had a good time today and the accommodation was also good. I recommend it. It is close to the subway station and convenient for travel. I have been to many stores and I feel that this one is very good in all aspects. I have already collected it.

Our 1st visit to the water town, we wanted to experience 民俗 which we enjoyed at 雁门客栈. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. It's also near to the great wall. We had our dinner, and the portion is huge for 2. Of course, it was yummy too. The only downside was that the pillow was too soft for us to sleep.other that than, highly recommend staying with them

The environment is great, the room is very clean, and the location is easy to find. There is no noise outside. It is very comfortable to live in. The housekeeper is also very welcoming. Before arriving in Beijing, he communicated with me which station to get off at and told me how to get to the apartment. I will come again when I come to Beijing for the first time

We’re a Swiss couple staying at this hotel for a week. The two people who run the hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. We had a lot of suitcases so they offered to move us to another room to give us more space. They also helped us several times with taxis and other problems. The rooms are clean, cute and stylish. It has everything you need and the area is very convenient for visits and restaurants. We have been to Beijing several times with my wife and this is the best establishment we have stayed in. We highly recommend it !

Very nice and pretty hotel next by the canal and opposite of the boat pier. The location is perfect. Next by the bus station and many restaurant around the hotel. The room was clean and big. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in 2 hours before time
