Service: First of all, the latest high-speed rail from Chongqing to Wushan, we took it at 11 o'clock at night. The little brother came to pick up the station, and arrived early. The night before, I would ask what I had to eat for breakfast the next day and what taboos were there. Facilities: The homestay is very new, the hard and soft decoration is very good! Environment: In Ningjiangdu Park, the scenery is naturally great! In the morning, you can take the internal passage of the hotel directly to the river. And the location is also very good, it is very convenient to go to Shennvtian Road and Wenfeng Scenic Area. The meal is delicious, family! ! As expected, the boss is doing catering, and when he left, he also sent two packs of Sister Pei's hot pot bottoms.

The experience of this stay was really beyond expectations! From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I felt the warm reception of the staff. The boss's service attitude is super good, which makes people feel the warmth of home instantly. Maybe it was just after the festival when we went there, and there were fewer people, so the boss upgraded the room type. The room design is simple and generous, and the hygiene details are very good! The bedding is soft and comfortable, there is no odor at all, and even the corners are spotless. I especially like the view outside the window, and the morning sun shines in, which is particularly healing. The facilities are also very considerate, with air conditioning, WiFi, and toiletries. The location is also OK, you can walk to the surrounding restaurants, with rich choices, and you can take a walk in the evening to feel the local life. The boss's breakfast is also delicious, and such a careful management must be praised! Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and look forward to seeing you next time!

honestly would only recommend to come here because of the location . if you're expecting a ”hotel” like environment, feel free to the book the one next door at raffles city . this place is located in a extremely run down apartment complex, 3 lifts and 2 are forever broken — waited for at least 10mins for every single lift ride up/down throughout the 4 nights we stayed . not sure if it's just the room we were in but we were staying in the first room right at the main door and the noise you hear every morning and night because of construction or people slamming the main door? ridiculous !!!!! the toilet was also constantly flooding and we couldnt even take showers that lasted longer than 10mins or the whole toilet and room would flood . the cleanliness of the place? prob a 4/10 — could be better but still quite sus .

Very good Apartment Hotel! The room is big, it has a kitchen and it's very clean. The staff was very kind and available. Laundry service is free and there is also a washing machine in the apartment. The location is also pretty good. 10 minute walk from line 1 and 2. Also many Taxis stop nearby the building. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room with the river view is absolutely worth it. WiFi is also around 80 Mb/s. There is a locker for TaoBao deliveries and ******* has no problem reaching the apartment. FOR CHECK-IN: I had a few hiccups trying to find the reception, it's located on the 6th floor, room 212. If the door is closed, just knock.

Our favourite hotel since over our 3 weeks in China. Easy self-check in process, and beautiful room. Extremely clean, and daily house keeping always did a good job. The bath, projector and washing machine were all great ammenities. Convenient location in the central city area, and next to line 2 metro. We loved the night view of the city skyline. Would definitely stay here next time we come!

Highly recommended. Booked a week off season in Dec. and are happy about it, especially its location - next to 18-steps and the tower, many local shops around it, and close to 2 subways. Eligible for day trip to pick up and drop off in this area. In addition, the rooms are spacious and the property manager is very responsive. The facility though can be better with a bit of investment to refresh them.

A very nice affordable apartment hotel. We stayed in the 2 bed 1 bath unit. We stayed 3 nights. First, you will need to add their WeChat (which everyone needs in China). From then onwards, instructions / communications are clear although all in Chinese (not an issue since WeChat can auto translate). When you arrive, a contact person will pick you up from lobby (2nd floor) to bring you to the hotel lobby on the 4th floor. Highly commend the responsiveness of their communications via WeChat. They provide a lot of recommendations for food (breakfast, lunch, dinner and even coffee places). Always ready to help, even past midnight. One of the most personalised “concierge” experience with a lot of greetings. Washing machine was clean, which we used throughout our stay. Spacious and comfortable. Instead of tv, unit has a projector. Unit was cleaned every day (they would ask before they clean). Overall a very pleasant stay with highly attentive / personalised service. Would love to stay again!

The B&B is very new and is right next to the 18th staircase. It takes about 10 minutes to walk up from the B2 driveway exit to Jiaochangkou Exit 5. We stayed here for three nights. Although we didn't spend much time in the room, we still felt very comfortable because there was a lot of space. From the reviews we knew that bath towels and face towels were disposable, so we brought our own. Luggage storage is available after check-out. The only drawback is that the bed is very hard. We did not use the kitchen and washing machine. An auntie comes to collect the garbage every day. If you have any needs, you can directly report to the front desk. It was a very good accommodation experience.

Contact the property before arriving and they will assist you with checking in. This is a home stay so there is no traditional “front desk.” It’s easiest to ask for their WeChat information and communication through there can be easily translated. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The room looks like the photos but because of the bright white nature of the room, dirt and wear to the room is very noticable. Not an issue. Each morning they will ask if you require any cleaning or service and can replenish your toilet paper, towels, bottled water, etc. The building itself is old but the unit is well designed. The bathtub didn’t plug properly but they were fast to offer a solution. The wifi didn’t work for the room I was assigned but there are several other units with wifi you can connect to. The location is incredible and there is a lot of food options right outside the door. Metro is nearby. Very lively at night and you can take great photos. There is a ******* delivery cabinet in the lobby and you can easily order anything you require. There is a free washing machine on Floor 34 but it is frequently in use. The hosts offered to do the laundry at a convenient time due to how busy it was. The bed is firm but very comfortable and the blanket they provide is of good quality. The projector was a nice touch, and the view is nice. Overall it was a nice place to stay in for a week, and had most of what one needs.

The apartment itself was fine. Really, the price and kind staff made up for some of the shortcomings. The pictures are not accurate, as mentioned in another review, but the future was comfortable and somewhat modern. The walls were a little dirty and the refrigerator had some mold because it was unplugged. No dishes or pans available, just a hot water kettle and glasses. The main issue was that the door off the kitchen that led to a small to the balcony didn’t close. The washing machine was too big and blocked the door from closing. Fortunately there was a second door between the kitchen and living room that did close. At the time this was the only apartment with a Western toilet available, so we just stayed. Aside from those things, the beds were comfortable, the heat worked well and check- in and communication with the staff was just fine. Staff members were kind. The elevators were slow so plan ahead. It’s easy to get a taxi or walk to surrounding tourists sites (20 minutes). There’s a Lawson convenience store downstairs for snacks and beverages. Deliveries can be dropped off at your apartment door. Overall a good stay for the price!
