"This is my second time staying at this apartment. It's close to the subway, very clean, and has a great room layout. It's spacious and bright (with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view), and also has an elegant and relaxing atmosphere (wooden tea table and glass tea set on the tatami, yellow plum blossoms in the corner, and an oil painting on the wall). The TV, air conditioning, bedside lamp, and hairdryer are all from reputable brands. Most importantly, the young lady at the reception is enthusiastic and generous; she's upgraded my room for free every time. "The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. There's a convenience store right next door and a large supermarket nearby. It's only about 100 meters from the subway station and around 300 meters from the beach. Eating out is super easy here; you can find almost anything you'd want. There are tons of attractions nearby too, like Dalian Natural History Museum, Xinghai Park, Sun Asia Ocean World, Xinghai Square, Forest Zoo, Silver Beach, Lotus Mountain, and many more. It's really easy to get to most of Dalian's attractions from here, and they're not far away at all.
On the ground floor of the guesthouse, there's also a big coffee shop where you can read and chat with friends. And there's a super, super, super cute little cat that's so friendly and clingy – you can pet it all you want, I almost wanted to take it home! My trip to Dalian was truly enjoyable, I felt at ease with the accommodation and happy with the food! If I ever get the chance to visit Dalian again, I'll definitely stay here."

There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym.
There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment.
The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay.
The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls.
Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin.
Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business.
This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.)

The B&B is located at Dalian Fisherman's Wharf, directly opposite the sea. The first floor is a breakfast restaurant + coffee bar, and the second floor is a B&B. The overall accommodation is very retro and very photogenic.
The environment is super good. I stayed in a triple room for two nights and a quadruple room for one night. The price is fair and reasonable! I came before May Day so there weren't that many people.
The big bed in the room faces the sea, it has a duplex structure, dry and wet separation, clean bedding, and it is pet-friendly! ! ! I brought a kitten and a puppy. My dog is very well behaved and doesn't bark. The staff will also take care of the kittens and puppies.
Travel photography at the pier: I especially want to praise the travel photography! The retouching is super natural, I’m not even wearing any makeup! The photos you took of me look really good. I’ll give you five for free! Posting to Moments is especially chill
Service: The breakfast is very good, and the best way to describe it is clean! The wontons are freshly made by the old man, the noodles are all hand-rolled, the shrimp paste is especially delicious, and the Italian meat sauce is not bad either! During my stay, the cleaning service was always available if there were any problems, and the customer service even gave me a bath sponge. GGuest UserAs a German backpacker traveling through China on a budget, I’ve stayed in many hostels and budget hotels — and Fuyuan Inn in Dandong was honestly one of the best value stays I’ve had on my entire trip.
The location is absolutely perfect. Being directly next to the river was one of the best parts of staying here. You can easily walk along the riverside, enjoy the views, and it’s especially beautiful at night. It also makes exploring Dandong very convenient.
From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. The owners were unbelievably kind, warm, and helpful. Even as a foreign traveler, they made everything very easy for me. What completely surprised me was that the owner even gave me a free tour around the area, which was such a generous gesture and made my experience in Dandong much more memorable and personal.
Another thing I really appreciated was that they actually let me choose between a smoking room and a non-smoking room — a small detail, but it shows they care about guest comfort.
The room itself was extremely clean and far better equipped than I expected for this price range. It came with a TV, toothbrushes, soap, good shampoo, and everything else you might need for a comfortable stay. Everything felt very clean, organized, and well maintained.
And honestly, for the price, I cannot complain about a single thing. It’s amazing value for money.
The biggest highlight though was definitely the owners. They are some of the friendliest people I’ve met during my travels — genuinely caring, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable.
If you’re coming to Dandong and want an affordable place in a perfect riverside location with spotless rooms and amazing hosts, book Fuyuan Inn. I would 100% stay here again.

Literally built within the walls of the Shenyang palace, an easy 5 minute walk down the main street to the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Huaiyuanmen station just outside the palace walls. The room was immaculate with brand new furnishing as the hotel seems to be newly renovated with an Art Deco vibe. For the price you couldn't ask for any more.
An absolute joy to stay at, the front desk service was immensely helpful with advice and even offered to wash and dry my clothes upon request on the first night. Couldn't be happier and will return, thank you so much!

GGuest UserLet me start by saying this: it's my first business trip to Dalian, and this is the second hotel I've stayed at – both have been excellent! How can the service be so good? I'm in love with Dalian!
The location is superb, very close to Xinghai Square, and right by the seaside as soon as you step out.
During my stay, I added the butler's WeChat, so I could conveniently message them for anything I needed. When I arrived, the front desk staff helped me with my luggage to my room, and I even received a welcome afternoon tea.
There aren't many rooms on each floor, so it's very quiet, and the room itself is comfortable! The bed is neither too soft nor too hard, I slept so well. The curtains are automated with a button, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the bath towels are thick. I usually bring my own toiletries when I travel, but I actually used the shampoo here and it was fantastic – left my hair fragrant and smooth. Very satisfied!

AAnonymous UserWe needed three beds for three people for a 2-night, 3-day stay, and we booked an ocean view room at a really good price.
I had seen reviews saying it was a bit dated, so I was prepared to overlook that considering the price, but perhaps because I'm not that picky, it was actually quite fine.
The water quality was good, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was cool, and best of all, the large refrigerator was the best.
The location seems better than Zhongshan Square; there are plenty of amenities right below the accommodation, such as a large supermarket, 24-hour store, convenience store, and cafe, and I liked that you could scan and pick up deliveries on the first floor.
Check-in is on the 8th floor, and if you stay on a high floor, it will be convenient as there are separate elevators for the lower and upper floors.
I would definitely stay here again if I visit Dalian with friends next time.

GGuest UserI went with my family and it felt very good. There was a slide trampoline for children in the yard. The beautiful proprietress also provided us with camping venues and equipment. There were umbrellas, tables and chairs, and you could bring your own ingredients. The proprietress is very good, gathering with family, couples are very suitable for travel, the scenery is beautiful, the homestay is also very beautiful. Very good experience
