The location is great, making it super convenient to get around. The owners are incredibly friendly and really know how to make guests feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean; I honestly think it's the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. The main reason I'd recommend it is because the owners are so responsive – any issue I had was immediately addressed without delay. With such great hygiene and service, there's no reason not to stay here. I truly hope that anyone reading this review books a stay and experiences it for themselves!

Absolutely fantastic! From the moment you step inside, you can tell it's a guesthouse with a great artistic vibe. We traveled during the off-peak season, so parking right outside was incredibly easy. The rooftop view is amazing, and the tatami bed was super comfortable to sleep on. The soundproofing in the room is also excellent. There were five of us, and having two sinks in the room was really convenient and clean. The shower and toilet were also separate, which was great. I'm not much of a photographer, so I didn't take many pictures, but the room truly is beautiful. The basement level is a coffee shop, and I imagine taking photos there while having afternoon tea would turn out wonderfully! Since I had my child with me, I just took my drink back to the room. Next time, I'll definitely come without the kids! Service: The front desk staff were incredibly kind and gentle. When we checked out, we had a small issue with the key card due to our own mistake, but they patiently helped us resolve it, allowing us to end our trip on a perfect note.

This place offers incredible value for money! It's so much better than a budget hotel. The room is spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and all the amenities you could need are provided. Plus, the location is really convenient. It's clean and tidy, with no strange smells, and the price is very reasonable. The owner is also super nice. Overall, I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back! Wishing the owner great success and prosperity.

I went to store my backpack at 11 a.m. and they allowed me to check in early. I was very touched that they brought along a young interpreter(?) who spoke excellent English, even though I don't speak Chinese, and they even kindly explained everything to me. The room was really clean, and I was assigned a high-rise (43rd floor) with a great view, which I was grateful for. I was truly satisfied. They also provided extra bottled water in case we ran out, and provided nice slippers. Thank you so much for the comfortable stay and warm hospitality. I definitely want to go back if I ever return to Shenyang! Oh! And the night market right in front of this hotel is amazing. There's so much variety, and the food is delicious!

The hotel is very clean, the mattress is moderately firm, and the disposable items are all available, especially the location is excellent. It is very close to the station, Zhongshan Square, snack street and so on. It is not far from the subway station. It is convenient to go anywhere. The store family is very good, the cat is very cute, and the room type is upgraded for free. Very pleasant trip

I rarely leave reviews on Trip.com, but this time I just had to. I brought my child to Dalian, and originally I just booked a family room for one night because of its proximity to Xinghai Square. It far exceeded my expectations. From the front desk staff, the lobby manager, to even the hotel owner, everyone was impeccable. Although the room wasn't huge, the location was superb; just a few minutes' walk downstairs, across the bridge, and you're at Xinghai Square. The family-friendly decor in the room was very thoughtful, all the children's amenities were from Sam's Club, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was one of the few that provided extreme comfort. The decor style is modern, and every item in the hotel was carefully selected. I initially thought it would be a standard budget hotel, but it's actually on par with a five-star hotel. Every detail felt so considerate, even providing 8 bottles of water in the room. Upon check-in, a butler proactively added me on WeChat to arrange the next day's breakfast time in advance and prepared it. In the evening, they even asked if I needed a goodnight drink. When going out, the lobby manager and owner would actively ask if I needed help or offer travel suggestions. I've stayed in so many hotels, both domestically and internationally, including almost all of Macau's top five-star hotels, and I've never felt that a Dalian hotel could provide such meticulous service. It truly went far beyond my expectations. If I had to pick a flaw, I'd say other than being a bit small, there's nothing else... You can really feel that the owner puts their heart into it. The location, price, and service of this hotel are truly beyond reproach, and it compelled me to say a few words. I hope to have the opportunity to stay at this hotel in Dalian again.

I have to say, this hotel booking was incredibly successful, haha! We brought our dog and were pleasantly surprised by how pet-friendly Dalian has become, reaching this level of cleanliness, comfort, and just overall amazingness. The location is fantastic, right by the promenade of Xinghai Square, giving it a truly luxurious feel. Just 20 steps out the door and you're on the beach. At night, the Cross-Sea Bridge's night view is right there, and we even saw a light show projected onto the beach. We basically experienced every beautiful aspect of Xinghai. Food delivery is also easy and comes right to your door. We enjoyed drinks and conversation in the room at night, with the stunning night views. Plus, the room has a yard where we could sunbathe and drink coffee during the day, watching people run and exercise – it truly made life feel wonderful. We definitely want to bring our parents back in the summer; I've got my eye on that big room, haha! I also want to give a special shout-out to the hotel's service. They offered shuttle transfers, helped with luggage, and even asked if we preferred Chinese or Western breakfast and delivered it to our room. They answered every question, honestly more thoughtful than some five-star hotels! Having stayed in all sorts of hotels and B&Bs in many cities, this hotel's service, experience, and scenery all exceeded our expectations. It truly amplified the most beautiful views of Dalian's Xinghai. This trip to Dalian was very satisfying, a perfect seaside getaway.

Came to Dalian for the Qingming holiday and this hotel was amazing value for money! The room was huge! Plus, there were faucets both inside and outside the bathroom, so two people didn't have to fight for the sink. The bathroom was also a wet/dry separation, and the room even had a washing machine and a mini-fridge. The location was pretty good too, it was convenient to get a taxi anywhere from here.

Service was excellent and operator could communicate in both English and Chinese. Service desk was responsive during working hours. The locally sourced breakfasts were varied and delicious. It introduced me local eateries I wouldn't have known about. The room was clean and tidy; facilities were as advertised, and housekeeping is confirmed each day via WeChat. One of the best operators I've come across on this platform!
