"Daming Lake is absolutely stunning and this hotel is right in the middle of it. From the moment we got dropped off by the taxi, the staff were there to help take our bags to the short cart ride to the hotel (it's in the park, so no direct parking lot on it. It's not a problem at all!). From receiving and sending parcels for us, to accepting and delivering food orders, to fumigating our room for mosquitos because I was silly enough to open the window, the staff were *by far* the best service we have experienced on our China trip.
The rooms were lovely, the view was incredible, and sometimes the locals performing karaoke was even good!
I would go here again. Such a chill and lovely vibe. And again, I cannot express my thanks to the amazing staff more."

"Overall, it exceeded my expectations. It's very close to the south gate of Baotu Spring Scenic Area, just a short walk away. After exploring and having a meal at the north gate, I came back to find a long queue at Majia Spring Water Baozi, which is diagonally opposite the hotel. The window offered a lovely view of the spring water, and I comfortably sat by the bay window for a while, sipping tea and escaping the heat before heading out again."

"This hotel felt like a factory dorm from a period drama. The electrical outlets in the room were broken, there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the bathroom had a slight odor, probably due to the age of the building, but it wasn't too severe. When we arrived, the staff helped with our luggage, but when we left, no one offered assistance. It's not that we absolutely needed someone to carry our bags, but the path leading out of the hotel is a gravel road, which made it really difficult to drag our luggage. Honestly, for this kind of room and service, it should really be around 500, but they're charging over 1000. At that price, you'd be better off choosing a Westin or Shangri-La."

Driving is a bit inconvenient; you have to wait two or three minutes for someone to come and pick you up before you can enter. The railings are somewhat complicated, and the most troublesome thing is carrying luggage up several steps—there's no gentle ramp to drag it along. Luckily, my luggage wasn't that heavy. This hotel wouldn't be recommended for elderly people or those with heavy luggage. Those who prioritize quiet and cleanliness can choose this one, but if convenience is your priority, find a more convenient hotel. It's still about a ten-minute walk to the Red Gate, and there are countless guesthouses along the way. If it's not peak season, you can choose one when you arrive."

"The hotel's design is very thoughtful, and the lobby is cozy and comfortable with pleasant views. "Five-star praise! Two people came to Taierzhuang by car and chose the sunset night wind designer humanistic inn. The inn is strategically located in the ancient city and it is very convenient to play. The front desk sent a free parking spot in advance. After parking, it was very close to the road. Self-driving travel was very friendly. The yard is full of atmosphere, there is a swimming pool, and it is good to take pictures. The room was clean and tidy, the sound insulation was good, the night was quiet, and the sleep was very comfortable. It is recommended."

"The room has a superb sea view and is conveniently located close to the university (the purpose of my visit) with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is very large and pleasant to use for a solo traveler, with a proper deck to do some work and a confortable mattress. It also comes with a washing machine (a pleasant surprise), a fridge and a microwave. My only minor complaints about the room are:
- it has all the essentials but not any ”nice to have”. A few glasses (not paper ones) and or kitchenware would be nice to make good use of the kitchen. Likewise, providing one or two doses of washing powder would be convenient to use the washing machine.
- the temperature of the hot water is inconsistent: after setting the temperature to something I liked, it kept fluctuating from warmer to fresher
- some amenities are a bit old and start to show their age with some small stains on the lower.
However, given the price this is an extremely good value for money."

If you're visiting Qingdao and staying at the Naomi Hotel, you absolutely must book a sea-view room. The panoramic views are fantastic and really lift your spirits; you can see both the ocean and the iconic May Fourth Square. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, with MixC Mall right behind it, and a public beach just a kilometer away. It's very family-friendly, and my child especially loved the slide in the room. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning ladies were incredibly generous and welcoming, always quick to respond to any requests. I stayed for four days and experienced two different room types, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. For families or larger groups, choosing this hotel is more convenient and cost-effective than booking multiple rooms at a standard hotel.

This hostel experience far exceeded my expectations. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around, eat, and shop. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is neat, and each bunk has a privacy curtain and charging port. Drawing the curtain creates a personal space with great privacy. The shared bathrooms are cleaned regularly and have no unpleasant odors.
The owner and staff are friendly and responsive to any issues. The guests are quiet and friendly, and there's a comfortable common area to relax in. It's excellent value for money and perfect for a transitional stay. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The entire estate is surrounded by sprawling vineyards, and the Southern French architectural style creates such a beautiful ambiance – every photo op felt like a professional shot. Our room, named after a grape varietal, was exquisitely designed and elegant, with so many thoughtful soft furnishing details. The rattan furniture and vintage lighting really added a touch of class. The room itself was spacious, and stepping out onto the balcony from the French windows, you're greeted by lush greenery. Our butler even upgraded our room type, offering distant views of the mountains and sea, which made the mornings and evenings incredibly therapeutic. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were high-end, ensuring a quiet and private stay. The staff – Molly, Xinyue, and Emily – were so warm and attentive. Check-in was efficient, and they thoughtfully provided guidance on various vineyard experiences. Spending our leisure time wine tasting and strolling, away from the city noise, made this the perfect choice for a getaway to Penglai. We'll definitely be back!

The sea view is stunning, much better than the photos. The room was clean and odor-free, well-decorated, and laid out efficiently. The soundproofing was also great. The concierge service was enthusiastic and always responded promptly to any requests. They checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. It’s perfect for friends looking for a sea-view room for their get-together. Highly recommended!

I tried to contact the Airbnb host through TripApp, but I didn't receive a reply as my departure date approached. I went to the address listed on TripApp, only to find it was incorrect. Arriving at 2 AM, I still couldn't reach the host. After a while, the host finally responded and gave me the correct address. The room conditions were not great; the door was broken and couldn't be locked. It took me a long time to get in touch with the host again. The only upside was that the Airbnb was in the city center, which was very convenient. The room was older than other places I've stayed, and even older than my own home. Because I had a lot of luggage, it felt small and inconvenient. The most inconvenient part was that the bathroom door was transparent, and we were worried about being seen from inside, so we weren't very satisfied with the service. However, the host did allow me to store my luggage there when my flight was delayed.

Girls! This sea-view room is simply divine! 😭
The arched window creates such a fantastic vibe in photos; every shot looks like it's from a blockbuster movie! Waking up to the sea view in the morning and cozying up in front of the projector to watch a film at night filled me with such happiness.
The room was spotless, equipped with all the appliances, making for a super comfortable stay. The beach is right downstairs, so getting out and about was incredibly convenient. The owner was also super nice. I'm definitely booking this place again next time!

Guest UserIt was pretty good, and the price was reasonable. The courtyard was quite nice. The breakfast selection was varied, but all dishes were freshly cooked. There was its own parking lot, so you could park there for an extra day if you were going hiking.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a washing machine, kettle, complimentary bottled water, and even laundry detergent pods. Our receptionist went the extra mile by bringing us cold bottles of water instead of room-temperature ones, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
They also provided us a list of places to eat- using AI I created an image - I hope it can help future visitors. 🌸 I will highly recommend ‘JUST WAVE’ as a place to eat as well.
The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We stayed in Room 703, and although the entrance can be a little tricky to find at first. The people in the building were incredibly kind and helped point us in the right direction.
One of the highlights of our trip was hiring scooters from the shop just downstairs. It was such a fun adventure and the perfect way to explore Weihai!
As a small suggestion, a full-length mirror in the room and a sign at the elevator entrance with the homestay’s name in English and “7th Floor” would make arrival even easier for international guests.
Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Receiving a beautiful Weihai souvenir when we checked out was the perfect finishing touch and showed how much you care about your guests. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Weihai. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
