The room was cozy and clean, giving a warm, home-like feeling. They thoughtfully provided three pairs of slippers and three sets of toothbrushes. It was quiet at night, perfect for sleeping, and there's a swing in the common area for kids to play on. Dinner comes with complimentary breakfast. A big thank you to the handsome young owner who even helped us find a friend to book Disneyland tickets when we couldn't get them ourselves online that day. It's not far from Disneyland, just a short taxi ride away, practically the starting fare. You can also order takeout easily, including KFC, Shaxian Delicacies, and Yidiandian. Great value for money and a comfortable stay. I'm planning to return for a second visit. Wishing the owner prosperous business and a flourishing fortune! Thank you! : )

• Location: Amazing! Just a 2-minute walk to Yuyuan Garden subway station, and right downstairs is the Chenghuang Temple snack street. It's super close to the Bund and Nanjing Road, making getting around incredibly convenient. • Ambiance: The room has a simple, fresh style, clean and tidy with no strange odors. The natural light is fantastic, and from the night view room, you can directly see the Yuyuan Garden nightscape – it really sets the mood. • Service: The owner is warm and thoughtful, sending check-in instructions in advance. Self-check-in was super easy, and they were always available if we had any questions. The experience was excellent. • Facilities: Well-equipped with a projector, washing machine, and microwave. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too hard. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making it feel as comfortable as home.

The room was very comfortable, and the view from the large French windows was great. The lighting in the room itself wasn't super bright, but the entire guesthouse felt very well-lit and welcoming – you could spot it from a distance. The decor was also beautiful and unique. I didn't get a chance to fully enjoy the guesthouse amenities, but the cat was incredibly cute and wasn't afraid of being petted at all. On the first night, when we were putting on the disposable bedding, we noticed a small stain on the duvet. We messaged them, and they quickly came to replace it for us, even helping us put it on! Their service was incredibly enthusiastic. The next evening, after we came back from our outing, they even brought us two hot milk teas because of the earlier incident – that was a truly pleasant surprise. We were going to Disneyland in the morning to pick up headbands, and our destination was different, so we took a taxi instead of the shuttle bus, and they even reimbursed us for the taxi fare! The projector TV in the room was very clear, and the small table on the second floor was perfect for eating and doing makeup. Overall, the service was truly exceptional, which is really rare to find.

The villa guesthouse we picked this time was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, its stylish design immediately caught our eye. The rooms were fully equipped with smart amenities, and the bedding was so comfortable, we barely wanted to get out of bed. The courtyard's swimming pool was crystal clear, and it was utterly delightful to relax on a lounge chair in the evening, enjoying the breeze. The owner was incredibly hospitable and always available to assist with any questions we had during our stay. Breakfast was both plentiful and diverse, and they even offered airport transfer service. This will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Shanghai!

Absolutely recommended! The location is probably the best you could possibly have!!! everything is within easy reach, making it perfect for exploring the city. The hotel operates with self check-in, which was very smooth and convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and the entire area was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep despite being in such a central location. One thing we really appreciated was that they even provided a nearby place where we could safely store our luggage for the entire day before our flight, which made our last day completely stress-free. Great value, excellent location, peaceful surroundings, and very helpful service. We would definitely stay here again! 😊🏨✈️

This Airbnb are very clean and tidy,complete amenities and facilities ,especially like the washing machine with dryer. Convenient store just downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Great location,transportation was very convenient, nice customer service with fast response. Very recommended.

The large bay window offered a beautiful view of Shanghai, despite the ongoing construction next door. The accommodation was top-notch! There were facilities to wash and iron clothes, and the air conditioning/heating worked perfectly (which was very useful since the bay window made the place feel like a sieve). I would gladly return 😊 The staff were also very helpful, even though they didn't speak English. It's at least a 10-15 minute walk to the metro or the Bund.

I had a wonderful stay at Hanju Guesthouse and would rate this place very highly. The service was excellent, and the housekeeper — who I believe might also be the owner — was extremely kind, helpful, and always willing to assist us whenever needed. The breakfast was simple but still suitable for Muslim travellers. You can request boiled eggs, and they also serve corn and porridge, which made it manageable for us to find something to eat. Overall, I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially for Malaysian Muslim travellers who are planning to visit Shanghai Disneyland. The location is convenient, and the hospitality made our stay very comfortable ⭐😊

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, which was very convenient for our trip. They picked up us from hotel to Disneyland and also back to hotel after Disneyland. The location is great, and the staff was attentive and helpful. However, the room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside. Fortunately, when we reported the issue, the staff quickly offered us an alternative room, which we really appreciated. I would recommend that the hotel take extra care to prevent this from happening to other guests. Overall, we had a good experience, but the hotel could improve in ensuring rooms are always fresh and odor-free.
