Second stay at this hotel with my daughter . Team could not have been more helpful and after a difficult day the hotel felt like a sanctuary ,we were able to get a good rest. Room on both occasions very comfortable and even when realising I had booked wrong dates the second time, on arrival they were able to accommodate us! As female travellers, we both felt very safe. Its convenient for the town and easy to find.

I came here on the first day of the UK. Horshams is a quiet town. The people here are very rich. The hotel owner is very good to us, especially the hotel's breakfast. After breakfast, I went to the lawn to take a few photos. According to the itinerary, we booked for 4 days and stayed for 3 days. One day, due to going to London, the result could not be cancelled. It is a pity!

The hotel is set in a very urgent situation, the price is very good for people who catch the plane. Because the special time suddenly exceeded the check-in time at the front desk. Finally, the boss came at more than 11 o'clock in the evening. Thank you very much, the hotel has a bus to the airport in three minutes. Health is a distance from the hotel but it is acceptable to stay for one night Thank you boss and trip for your assistance. I still checked in at the last night. There are stairs, no elevator, girls try not to take big boxes

Arrived to be told that £30 extra taken from my account due to 3 people and small dog visiting. This was detailed on my search when booking and as you can see from your request for a review it it addressed to Andrew, Kat and Anabel (2 parents and nine year old daughter), hence us booking a family room. On arrival we were also informed of a party taking place in the building adjoining our room. Very noisy and little sleep for my wife's birthday night away. Nice farm in good location. Awaiting refund for my daughter who was always visiting the family room.

We could not go on holiday this year as per the current situation with pandemic, so my wife decided to book the bluebell train in Sheffield Park in East Sussex, so my son would enjoy a little time out and we too. Along the trip we thought to stay there for the day and so booked at the Ardingly Inn hotel. This I have to say, was a great choice...well done to my wife. As soon as we arrived we felt very comfortable and confident with the level of health and safety measures, consistent but also done in a way that you still feel the cosines of what a family run business is all about. Mr Steve was our host who greeted us and assisted to getting ready for our room. The room was cosy, clean and tide, with garden view...we felt quickly that we would really relax there. We spent few moments in the room to relax and than decided to have a refreshment in the garden, Steve prepared the drinks at the bar , we quickly engaged with chatting and felt really like a family ambience. We did not have dinner but had a lovely breakfast in the clean and colourful dining room, good selection and very kind and professional chef ( don’t remember her name ) I had bacon, eggs and sausage...yummy!!! Finally, Steve did allowed us if needed to stay little longer in the room to get ready for check out, again another little touch of kindness...thumb up again. We would definitely recommend Ardingly Inn Hope to anyone who want enjoy with family somewhere peaceful out of the bursting and noisy London.
