I had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio in Tokyo Residence PIK2. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch — everything was spotless, fresh, and very well-maintained, which made the space feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived.
What really stood out was the professionalism of the host. Communication was smooth, clear, and prompt, and every detail was handled with care. Check-in was easy, and the host made sure everything was ready and hassle-free.

Awalnya di kamar AC tidak dingin, dan peralatan dapur tidak lengkap. Besok nya bisa di tukar kamar yg lebih besar dan AC berfungsi dengan baik. Peralatan dapur lengkap tapi sandal hanya 1 sedangkan yg menginap 3 orang.

The atmosphere is very calm. Unexpectedly in a busy city, when you enter it feels like you are in a village. Suitable for relieving fatigue for a moment.
Unfortunately the room WIFI cannot be used, ended up watching Netflix using a hotspot. However, the staff were very helpful in trying to get the WIFI to work even though it still failed.
Overall the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the hot water works for a while, the AC is cold, but the mattress is a bit hard and feels a little springy. Quite recommended for a short stay at an affordable price.

The apartment is located in a villa area. The environment is very good. The shopkeeper is enthusiastic and the hardware is so-so. The key is convenience, as it is close to the convention and exhibition center.

New apartment, new interior, new things inside, the facilities were completed (nice furniture and decoration), full of kitchen utilities (stove, refigerator, plates, knifes, spoon fork, etc), easy access, near to IKEA, JPO and mall Alam Sutera, lot of parking area (minus: paid parking one day max on 50k rupiah). Thanks to ms. Arie who always assist us when we stayed here). Keep the unit clean and neat, surely will come back soon..

With prices that are relatively cheap, it seems clean, comfortable and good, especially if you come by vehicle... because inside the housing complex it's a bit difficult to find food... But when it comes to cleanliness and tidiness, it's very ok
