Good location between the train station and port. The shower drain was a bit blocked and would over flow if you had it on full. You could also smell the typical unpleasant drain smell from a blocked pipe.

Although the room was not cleaned, we can put down our luggage first and then go to Cinque Terre to play. The homestay is less than 1 km from Cinque Terre Railway Station and is within walking distance. There are several parking spaces at the door for parking.

From La Spezia Train Station, walk three or four minutes to the left. The exterior of the hotel is very old, and the elevator is of the old style. It can only accommodate two people and luggage. But the room is quite spacious, there are slippers, the minibar is too rich, although we did not enjoy it. There is a coffee machine in the common area of the corridor and small snacks are provided. Lemons are abundant here, so there is also a supply of fresh lemons. Due to limited space, breakfast is not served at the hotel, but at a restaurant at 11 o'clock on the left of the gate. You can get a croissant, juice and a hot drink with the hotel’s breakfast card. The city tax was first charged when staying in the hotel. It may be due to limited staff. We did not find the service staff at 8 am on the day of check-out. We put the key in the room and left directly. The overall feeling of the hotel is pretty good, you can recommend it!

Inside we were welcomed by Joseph, the owner of the rental room, he was very kind to wait for us at 12:30 to leave us the key. A very nice, comfortable and especially clean room! The B&B was hardly found in Ventimiglia because of incorrect information in the description on the Internet. It is only reached from the station after a quite sharp rise. The rooms are beautiful. Now comes a big problem: The sharp and tight stairs are hardly to cope with for not so fit people with baggage! Big people are likely to have their problems due to the partially low cover height.

The service of this hotel is very family-oriented and the location is very convenient. The small room is very warm. The waiter is very enthusiastic, all things are tried to solve, the attitude is very good. Very familiar with the local area and there are also very good recommendations!

Неплохой номер, но попасть проблема, надо звонить на итальянский номер, сработает замок потом подняться на третий этаж и набрать код в общий холл, а затем ещё раз надо ввести код чтобы попасть свою комнату. Дверь в этот мини отель расположена в узком переулке, между кафе, найти вроде не проблема но первый раз немного напряжно. В общем холле есть кофейник, печеньки чай вода и холодильник. В самом номере чайник и пакеты чая, посуды нет.

Lati positivi: •Posizione in centro, perfetta. •Camera grande e con tutto l'occorrente in essa. •Bagno giusto per una persona con phon e tutto l'occorrente presente •sala con una scrivania, una sedia, mini frigo e un armadio spazioso. I lati migliorabili sono: - Wi-Fi che purtroppo nonostante fosse libero non funzionava, - il telecomando del televisore non funzionava e - il letto faceva davvero tanto rumore ogni volta che ci si muoveva, sembrava dovesse cedere da un momento all'altro.

Thanks to the joyful sequel of circumstances, two ladies came in, we walked in, climbed up to the 5th floor, and there was a code lock. To learn the code - you need to settle to settle - you need to know the code. Closed circle. I did not work in Italy by the Russian operator of communication, I didn't have the opportunity to call, thank God the husband remained 4% charging and he called on the door number, sorry only that nobody answered. And here we were lucky again and the door opened the family couple, thanks to which we finally got inside the hotel, where on the table already waited for an enquiry with my name and the keys to the door. After 10 minutes, the administrator called back and sent the instructions on how to get to the hotel, thank you, very in time. I believe that in such hotels - self-service it is necessary to send instructions in advance on the fact of booking, not on the fact of arrival, as travelers from the road may banally not have charge on the phone/internet/mobile communication. As for the hotel itself or more correctly to say the hostel - an amazing house with a parade atrium, which after passing all the original quests is admired, a clean cozy room, Very early departure (in my opinion until 10 a.m.) and phenomenal hearing, we in the room spoke whispering.
