Personne pour nous accueillir aucune information pour entrer obliger de demander à plusieurs commerçants et surtout pas de petit déjeuner comme il Etait prévu dans la réservation et surtout facturer 10 euros . Cordialement marquet carole

Неплохой номер, но попасть проблема, надо звонить на итальянский номер, сработает замок потом подняться на третий этаж и набрать код в общий холл, а затем ещё раз надо ввести код чтобы попасть свою комнату. Дверь в этот мини отель расположена в узком переулке, между кафе, найти вроде не проблема но первый раз немного напряжно. В общем холле есть кофейник, печеньки чай вода и холодильник. В самом номере чайник и пакеты чая, посуды нет.

As a transit hotel to Cinque Terre, the price is good. The room is spacious and clean, not to mention a complete set of kitchen utensils and tableware, it is very convenient to make some favorite food yourself. The landlord, Mr. Emmanuel, is very patient and is very useful for our parking reference.

Nice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

Location located in the centre of Sanremo, two steps from the sea and shops. The place is inside a palace, on the second floor and with the lift. Inside we were welcomed by Joseph, the owner of the rental room, he was very kind to wait for us at 12:30 to leave us the key. A very nice, comfortable and especially clean room! There is a mini-fridge, air conditioner, TV, a closet with extra coatings and covers and much more. Clean and complete bathroom of everything. Quality-price ratio unfair. I advise everyone. Very good hotel, the service is very good, the boss has WeChat, the communication is very pleasant, you can ask any questions, you forgot to take the things when you finally checked out, and the train was going to catch up. I thought it was too late. The boss replied in seconds and said that I could go back and open the door remotely.

La Spezia is truly a beautiful city – it's very clean, and the people are super friendly. The accommodation is right above the train station, which couldn't be more convenient for visiting Cinque Terre. They offer free parking, but I accidentally parked in the wrong spot and got fined 10 euros by the parking attendant. Totally my bad, so everyone, learn from my mistake! There's an amazing steakhouse nearby called Nana; we had the most authentic Italian steak there, and it was incredible value for money. Overall, this place offers fantastic value, and the staff are really friendly. Highly recommend!

a good place to stay if you have a car or able to catch the bus to get up or afford to pay 25 euro to get a taxi it is close to nothing, you have to prepare dinner if you do not want to go back after meal the price of the stay was excellence breakfast too good to be true quiet and not crowded compared with other areas of cinque terre reception open at breakfast time and claimed 3-6 pm but when l arrived at ~ 16:30, no one at the reception to help. me need to communicate with email or pgone if possible will try to come back later when well prepare 😊
