Hotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout.
Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station.
The bed was really hard and uncomfortable.
Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space.
It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed.
When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel.
Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider.
Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!

The place is clean and comfortable, the room has enough space, and it's convenient for shopping. The shower area is also very clean, there are bathrobes, and the room even has an air purifier. In the morning, staff will be waiting at the door promptly to clean the room, very punctual.
Hotel was so nice and clean, size was good and really near tourist attraction like tsutenkaku and really near subway station. Overall really good and will recommend it!

Unbeatable value for money, quite new, and most importantly, the price is reasonable. The small size isn't a problem. It's not far from two subway stations, just a few hundred meters away. The neighborhood is supposedly a bit unsafe, and it's true; strange people gather in front of the convenience store next door at night. There are homeless people. And there are people shouting after drinking at 3 or 4 AM.

The only minor issues were the curtains by the bed, which weren't long enough and allowed people to see in, and a slight odor in the bathroom upon check-in. However, after one shower, the smell disappeared. Otherwise, everything was great, and the location is excellent.

Overall, the property feels quite dated, understandable as it's been open for a considerable time. The door lock also felt a bit insecure. On the plus side, the room was more spacious than I expected. The onsen bath was also quite small. However, the tatami bedding was surprisingly comfortable.

The location is quite convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The hygiene is good, and the price is relatively affordable. Although the bathroom is small, it still has a bathtub, which is a nice touch. The self-check-in process at the unmanned front desk is generally convenient, and there are replacement toiletries provided at the entrance for guests staying multiple nights. If you're looking for good value for money, this is a solid option.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, about a 1km walk from the JR station. However, the hotel facilities are really great – very clean and new. It's self-check-in, and there's enough space to open two 26-inch suitcases. There are also plenty of power outlets, and the bathroom is quite large with disposable toothbrushes provided. A 7-Eleven right next to the hotel is super convenient. The hotel also offers luggage storage. It's about a 1km walk to the outlet mall, but the scenery along the way is nice, so it feels like a pleasant stroll. I'm really satisfied with this hotel; I'll definitely stay longer next time. The main reason is it's quite affordable while still having excellent facilities, even if it is a bit off the beaten path, which I understand.

This accommodation was really great! It was super clean and cozy, and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days without any major inconveniences. JR Teradacho Station is a 3-minute walk away, there's a big 7-Eleven right across the street, and Lawson and FamilyMart are also nearby, which was convenient. I was a bit worried about how to contact someone if there were issues since it's self-check-in, but everything was so good that I didn't need to ask for anything, which is why I'm writing this review! There were times when motorbike noises were a bit loud at night, but it was relatively quiet. Plus, there's a local tonkatsu restaurant right next to the accommodation, which was the best. If I come to Osaka again, I will definitely revisit!^^

GGuest UserThere is no regrettable part, so it is okay to use
NnomadsenseiI can understand not being able to open windows but the second window was frosty without being able to see outside.
This hotel does not feel like a Japanese hotel at all. The so called ”sub-manager” with a shiny stone necklace around his neck and no uniform totally ignored my smile as I came back. When I asked if the umbrella was okay to borrow he barely even looked at my direction mumbling something. The staff members do not seem to wear uniforms or professional attire...which collar necklace confirms.
You have a private room but cannot eat or drink in your own room?!! I remember about this happening in Chinese culture countries such as Singapore or Taiwan. Operating company is a ”Singapore” company.. so it makes sense. The sign would not be here if the company operated by a truly Japanese company.

GGuest UserThe room is relatively big for a Japan apartment, enough for 2 pax but gets a little squeezy for travellers with 2 luggage. The water temperature is a little frustrating though, as it gets hot and cold randomly and takes awhile for it to turn from cold to hot. The toilet is not to our liking, it’s yellowish in color and just doesn’t feel clean. Other than that, everything else is relatively ok.
RRiekaWe are a happy customer. The location is near to the station, there is lift inside the apartment, they have washing machine so we can wash our clothes, they provide us water everyday. There are lawson and supermarket nearby. When we have queries, they are very responsive. They have microwave and fridge. All we need they provide. We can storage our luggage after we check out for free. My daughter loves this place. Highly recommended 👌👌👌👌👌

GGuest UserThis location was my last of my trip in japan and it left me a very good impression. I got to talk with various types of people and the owner is very friendly too. He is very efficient in the way he manages this hostel and it is admirable.
As per usual, hostels in japan really never disappoint, the layout of this hostel is like living in an actual Japanese house remodelled into a co-living space for 10, you can tell from the kitchen and the bathroom, it was clean, very lovely and homey. There is also a very nice nearby park where many locals do their routines like cycling, running, camping. It was very enjoyable to observe the lifestyle there, I also went to the onsen 18 minutes away by walking.
I would say this location is a lovely experience especially for understanding a little of the local's every day life. Plus, a great stay to meet all sorts of travellers. And the owner is lovely to talk to, I love it here, I'll come back again if I can!
The tomato theme is just part of the appeal! Aesthetic and comfortable, there's a tomato room at lv3 haha he said over 100+ tomato themed collections!
GGuest UserStayed here as a solo traveller and first time using capsule hotel. I picked this place because of the good reviews and because its women only which felt safe. The capusle bed itself was decent size, although it did get hot sometimes (visisted April 24-26) but it had everything else! They provided cute pjs, tea/coffee, toiletries, towel etc so I did not need to bring too much. It was about a 14 mins walk to the main Nanba station but it wasn't a problem for me. Self check-in and check-out was easy, my room was quiet even with 4-6 girls (I am a light sleeper so I was worried I would not be able to sleep but I did manage to get some winks).
GGuest UserThe location was great. It's walking distance to Tennoji Zoo and the Tsutenkaku Tower.
You have access to several convenience stores around the apartment.
The apartment was good for 1-2 people. Both the sofa bed and bed was comfortable and the heat/ac worked well.
We lost a ring and were contacted immediately by the cleaning crew. We were able to go straight away and pick it up.
The only downside was tgat the lobby key took a few tries to open the door and we had to fiddle with the keys to get it to open.
AAekapope YottoIf you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, this seaside inn in a small coastal town in Japan is a perfect choice. Nestled right along the shoreline, the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunrise, when the sky turns into a canvas of soft pastel colors reflected on the calm sea.
PPingbenshidezhiangzhangCheck-in convenience: No Japanese required, fully self-service.
Cleanliness: Pretty good, quite tidy. Small but has everything you need.
Environment: The surrounding area is just okay, but there are many convenience stores nearby, and it's very close to Shinsaibashi.
GGuest UserWe had a great experience overall. The location is acessible to a lot of amenities such as Convenience Stores, restaurants, shops, and the train stations. It was very clean and comfortable. We wish to be able to book with the hotel again in our future trip.
