## Check-in Convenience: Check-in time is 4 PM. When it's time, you can use the email link for self-check-in. You'll receive your room number and key box password, then you can get your key and move in. If you arrive before check-in, the hotel will send the main entrance code in advance. If you have luggage, you can store it in the luggage lockers in the lobby or outside. There are surveillance cameras, and we left our luggage from around 1 PM to 8 PM without any issues. ## Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. There are pots, pans, plates, chopsticks, and other cooking essentials. Someone even provided plenty of hangers. We asked customer service and confirmed that the tap water is drinkable. For laundry, the room comes with a washing machine and detergent. The most convenient feature is the drying function in the bathroom, which dries clothes overnight. Alternatively, you can hang them on the balcony. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is convenient when multiple people are using them. You can grab missing towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, detergent, trash bags, and other supplies from the cabinets near the elevators on the 3rd, 6th, and 9th floors. You can also iron clothes on these cabinets. Everything has been very thoughtfully considered. ## Service: Customer service responds quickly and speaks Chinese. There's no daily housekeeping, but you can throw trash downstairs or outside your door, and the cleaning staff will collect it. ## Environment: The location is a bit further from the subway than other Dotonbori-area hotels, about an 8-10 minute walk to Nippombashi subway station. The overall property is very new.

My first stay in Japan felt like home. The facilities are very convenient, and there's a terrace. It's very comfortable to walk out onto the terrace. There's also a washing machine, which is very convenient for family members. I wanted to check out late, and the staff helped me arrange it. It was very thoughtful. I will recommend this hotel to my friends next time they visit Japan. The surrounding environment is quiet, and there is a large home goods store nearby, which is worth shopping. I personally think it's excellent.

Pros: - host very responsive and accommodating. - great location, closed to train stations, lots of convi/shops around (less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel), near to an authentic japanese resto (it was oishi! And the family owner was friendly). - location was easy to find (we used google map for direction from the airport). - room was clean and has all the amenities and toiletries (tothbrush, toothpaste, razor, comb, shower cup, cotton buds, large size body wash, shampoo & conditioner) you'll need. loved the bidet! - liked that they have free luggage deposit. - has elevator (convenient if you have luggages). Cons: - room size is japan standard but all of us 5 adults able to fit in comfortably (not really negative for us).

Our stay at Hotel Residence Unito Motomachi Namba was fantastic! The staff were friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean and a good size, not at all cramped. We loved the convenience of grabbing toiletries from the lobby and fresh towels and linens from the lounge. Having a small kitchen and a washing machine in the room was a huge plus, making our stay feel truly like home. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

First time staying at this kind of guesthouse. It's self check-in; you get the key with a code. The room is quite spacious, has a fridge and cooking utensils, so you can cook. The whole building hosts travelers from various countries. The location is excellent, right near Dotonbori, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's also not far from Namba Station and there's an airport bus.

Check-in was super convenient. There are a few subway stations nearby, though they're a bit of a walk. The keyless entry felt very secure, and it was handy for shopping and groceries. What I really loved was the exceptional concierge service; they answered every question promptly. We stayed for several nights, and having laundry and cooking facilities was a huge plus, making it incredible value for money! Finally, I just wanted to mention that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking; it would be perfect with a firmer mattress.

Excellent apartment. Very convenient for couple and families with 3. For 4, i personally suggest 2 units for more space (i had done it The top 1 was the shower room, which became an effective clothes dryer. After 1 day off in Osaka, you find your clothes washed and completed dried is something to consider in your next long trip. Very smart these japaneses!!! Definitely, it is a good call if you are coming to Osaka!!

Good location, 5 min walk to Hanazonocho Station with a supermarket nearby and has a Family Mart right by the building. There’s another station nearby too, opposite of Hanazonocho, around 5-10 min walk as well. Room equipped with laundry machine, gas stove & cooking set, has a balcony too that you can dry your laundry. Note there are no room/cleaning service (not sure if you can request) so you have to keep your apartment clean on your own. Trash can is quite big but definitely can’t last for more than 3 days if you’re constantly disposing waste/packagings. Had to use an extra shopping bag to dispose my trash. Quiet neighbourhood and the street isn’t that dark. Overall, still a good stay, would book again.

This was a last-minute trip, and I found this place on Ctrip. Since we preferred not to stay in a standard hotel, we opted for this minpaku. Honestly, before our trip, I'd seen a few rather harsh reviews, so I prepared for the worst-case scenario. I packed all our essentials and even pre-warned my child, just in case those negative comments turned out to be true and they got upset. As it turned out, my worries were completely unfounded – I'd overthought everything! Before we left, we added them on WeChat, and the staff were incredibly responsive, replying almost instantly. They provided detailed instructions on how to get there and information about luggage storage. Since check-in time in Japan is typically after 4 PM, if you arrive on an early flight like us, their minpaku has a designated luggage storage area in the lobby. There's CCTV, but no staff supervision, so remember to keep your valuables with you. The minpaku is conveniently located near Tenkachaya Station. Right outside the exit, there's a sizable supermarket, KFC, Osaka Ohsho, and other dining options. In fact, on previous trips, I always made sure to visit that supermarket daily. The minpaku is about a 10-minute walk from the station; we managed it easily with two large suitcases, and our family of three, including our ten-year-old, didn't find the walk strenuous at all. The property is divided into three buildings: A, B, and C. You'll know which building your room is in by the first letter of your room number, as provided by the staff, so be careful not to go to the wrong one. We actually went to Building B by mistake and were searching everywhere for our keys until we bumped into a staff member coming out – a super friendly young man with glasses. He jokingly asked, 'You should just call us if you need help! Why were you quietly searching by yourselves?' He then directed us to the correct building, which was right next door, and everything proceeded smoothly from there. Our room on the third floor was around 30 square meters, and we found both the cleanliness and amenities to be excellent. Some previous guests mentioned noise issues, but we didn't encounter any in our room. I'd suggest noting any preferences when booking, so the property can do their best to accommodate you, as there is indeed a subway line that runs continuously in front of the minpaku. If you're coming from Namba or Shinsaibashi, another option is to alight at Hanazonocho Station. There's also a supermarket right outside that exit, and the walk from there is equally convenient. We actually used this route almost every day.

Easy to locate as per instruction given. But one of the photos is not up to date. The hotel is a bit far from Dotonbori. Still can hear the sirens of police cars at night. But overall all the amenities are OK esp with the washing machine.
