"When I booked, it was called Adriatic Urban Apartments (a screenshot of the booking is attached), and the geolocation was marked for a different building, and the phone number listed on the voucher didn't match. I wandered the street looking for the building by photo and barely found it, but mine was labeled ”Urban,” and the door said ”Stefan” and a different phone number. I spent half a day texting support and two phone numbers, the reception is electronic, and there's no staff at the hotel. Check-in is at 2:00 PM. I arrived early, and it's good they only sorted things out around lunchtime. If I'd arrived in the evening, I might have spent the night on the street. All I wanted to do was drop off my suitcase and go to the sea, but they told me to come back at 2:00 PM as expected (this is the first time this has happened). Over four nights (five days), the room wasn't cleaned once, no trash was brought, no towels or sheets were changed, and I asked for toilet paper in the chat. The room itself was nice, but the air conditioning was weak and unregulated, so I didn't worry about it anymore. The terrace was great, and that saved the day."

From the quality of the furnishings to the overall ambiance, everything was perfectly thought out. With its quiet, peaceful, and comfortable atmosphere, it offers a unique environment for relaxation. I absolutely must mention the pool. Throughout our stay, the pool was always sparkling clean; the water was crystal clear, and the hygiene level was exemplary. The fact that it was spotless at all hours of the day clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Spending time by the pool was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone. If you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and unforgettable vacation, this is absolutely the right place. The combination of the host's attentiveness and professionalism with the quality offered by the property truly creates a flawless accommodation experience. "The hotel was chosen on Trip by photo and location on the map. When they arrived, they were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, the hotel and its purity. In advance, the girls with the resepschen contacted through the wattsapp and clarified all our wishes (whether we need parking and when we come to prepare for our arrival apartments, as settlement with 15). Parking is located in the hotel itself and parking through the elevator (very convenient and nowhere to roll over the parking). We were met by a girl with the resepshen and told everything, showed, after a quick settlement (minute 5). The apartments are very large, clean and all fresh and clean. All you need for accommodation is (washing machine, cooking pan, washing machine, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, twig, smooth board, dryer). The location is very successful, when you leave the hotel immediately you get on the embankment with a large number of cafes (by the way in the cafe which in the hotel building is a 10% discount), as well as the exit to the sea. The beach is divided into two parts (with paid lying and just sand from a small galka). The sea is good, the stones are small (even taken corals were not needed). By the way, there is a pool in the hotel that is not crowded and is mostly free to swim. Every time you meet the hotel staff, they ask if you like everything and do not need anything. In general, positive, honestly, all a little better and cooler than on the photo in the trip) I definitely recommend visiting (sad that we have booked other hotels in other locations, because here we liked it very much)."

"This is a gem of a place. The views from the balcony were always so pleasant and sunsets worth a million bucks. A walk down to the beach front and a plenty of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. Przno is a more quiet neighborhood in Budva. Sveti Stefan is a 2 min walk from here. The apartment is super clean and well equipped and tastefully decorated. Marijana, the host is awesome and knows what true hospitality really means. Thank you so much Marijana!!! Definitely see you again!"

"The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was amazingly comfortable, clean, and well-thought-out. Everything felt fresh with new renovations, beautiful furniture, high ceilings, and a well-designed lighting system. The shower was clean, spacious, and convenient. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a super comfy bed that ensured we got a great night's sleep. There's a beautiful mountain view, plenty of shops nearby, and both the sea and Old Town are just a 5-minute walk away. Check-in was smooth, and they were always in touch with us. If we ever return to Budva, we'll definitely stay here again."

"The environment is good, the house has a balcony with a good view, but more attention should be paid to hygiene, as there are small insects in the house. The price is relatively cheap, the service attitude is good, and there is a parking space at the door. The restaurant next door tastes good, and it is eaten by locals."

"We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future."

"Beautiful new apartment but lots and lots of stairs although the balcony view made it worth it. Budva is a hard town to navigate if you aren’t driving so just be prepared it’s a 30 minute walk to the old town / beach. The host was super nice and did call a cab for me when I needed one. Only suggestion would be curtains that block the light as it was really bright super early in the morning."

"We stayed for 5 nights in Budva at Elena's apartment and had a wonderful experience. We had a room with two balconies (we had breakfast on one, and I did my morning exercises on the other terrace). There was a separate kitchen with a sofa and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The location is superb; it's just a couple of minutes to the bus station, and then you can easily buy tickets to Kotor for a day trip. There are shops and cafes nearby, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the promenade. We were pleased with the lush greenery, abundant plants, friendly staff, and the low price in April. There was a coffee machine with capsules. The balconies offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Things to keep in mind: it can be noisy on the balcony due to a nearby music school with children shouting, and a busy road not far away. We lacked some kitchen utensils as we cooked every day. There was no lid for the frying pan or dishcloths for the table. The extractor fan wasn't working, and the bathroom light only worked partially. A toaster was advertised but not present. There's no washing machine in the room; laundry costs an additional 5 euros. There was always a small puddle in the bathroom, probably from a leaking bidet. Despite all the downsides, we were satisfied; it felt very cozy and pleasant, like a home away from home."
