"An excellent spot for a peaceful seaside getaway in Pržno. The building is new, the apartments are modern and perfectly clean, with a full kitchen, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a comfortable bed. The location is superb: a two-minute walk to the beach, with a bakery and two small shops nearby. Pržno itself is quiet, without noisy places, yet Budva and Sveti Stefan are very close. Special thanks to the hostess, Marijana – warm, responsive, and ready to help with everything: from arranging an apartment with a terrace and sea view for part of our trip to connecting us with a reliable local driver. Such attentiveness truly makes a difference. We spent eleven nights here and would gladly return."

I absolutely must mention the pool. Throughout our stay, the pool was always sparkling clean; the water was crystal clear, and the hygiene level was exemplary. The fact that it was spotless at all hours of the day clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Spending time by the pool was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone. "A gorgeous, spacious studio with high ceilings and a wonderful view of the mountains. I think the windows are about three meters high, so the view is amazing and there's lots of light. ☀️ It's very clean, newly renovated, and support is always available. The apartment is located near the sea, not far from the Old Town, and all amenities are close by since it's in a shopping center. There's a busy road in front of the balcony, but the double-glazed windows block out the noise when closed. There's coffee, tea, and sugar; I would have added a few larger mugs because there were only two small ones."

"Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız."

"We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future."

"The hostess is wonderful, always ready to help with any situation (for example, you won't have to pay the tourist tax yourself). The location is equally great – about a 7-minute walk to the bus station, and there's a grocery store literally across the street. There's also a good cafe nearby, and you can reach the old town in about 15-20 minutes, yet it's still comfortable and quiet for sleeping at night. The room itself is neat and clean, with daily housekeeping. On your way to the hotel, you'll be accompanied by the street shown in the photo – mountains are everywhere here, so you're sure to enjoy the views!"

"Beautiful apartments! We have remained very happy with our accommodation! Perfect everything! New guest, clean light spacious rooms, super-convenient location, free parking!!! And separate thanks to the owner, very caring and attentive person, made our rest very comfortable!!! All-all necessary is!!!! Down the fruit shop, a lot of shops, convenient transportation interchange, all nearby! I highly recommend these apartments, come back here !"

"We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The family running the apartments is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. The pool area is absolutely amazing—clean, peaceful, and a great place to unwind. We spent a week here, and everything exceeded our expectations. Although there isn't much within walking distance, getting around is very easy if you have a car, and the local buses are a convenient option as well. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!"
