"Room was definitely clean and cozy. There is bathtub for a relaxation soak while you can enjoy the view downwards Chin Swee Temple and Gohtong area (provided clear skies 🤣). Fridge, and microwave oven are provided too. Went to use the swimming facilities. Will go back next time and book with them!"

"As Antara Genting has 4 towers, luckily website stated clearly it’s located at Tower A, car park on site found easily (charges applied). However, check in process took a little longer, the queue was so long and took us 40mins to get our door key (3 counters), what to do as high occupancies on school holiday and the tower has 49 floors.
The stay with families were awesome, we were families staying for 3 bedrooms. Apartment were spotless clean, every room has aircond and TV, everyone can choose their own channel or TV show. Kids enjoyed well with the whirlpool at the balcony during the night, cooling outdoor temperature with jacuzzi pool 36’C.
Last but not least the facilities really amazed us! So many different playgrounds, trampoline room, garden etc. Worth staying here!"

"The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again."

Terrence8488The check-in experience was horrible, was informed by estate management that room was not ready even at 4:30pm (chk in supposed to be 3:00pm). Trip.com has to step in but seems the communication between Trips.com and estate management ((Stonez7) does not go well. I somehow managed to get into the unit at 5.00pm after few round of close follow-up.
The room was cosy but cleanliness could be improved. Dust still found on the floor. The shower temperature is hard to control. In most cases, we have to bathe with cold water.
We were asked to leave the unit by 11:00am on the final day. Even though we have been informed during check in that they have extended our check out time by additional 2 hours. This is totally a big disappointment as seems there has been miscommunication here and there.
Anyway, plus point is that the unit come with balcony and view is nice.
We are fortunate to see double rainbow from our balcony.

WT LiewI recently had the pleasure of staying at B&J Tioman Dive Resort on Tioman Island, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, it was clear why B&J has built such a strong reputation among divers and travelers alike.
One of the first things that impressed me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping standards were consistently high, making it easy to relax after a day of diving and exploration. The resort grounds were also kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment that reflected the professionalism of the entire team.
What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface.
As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs.
Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to.
Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway. Thank you to the entire B&J team for making my trip so enjoyable, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

Guest UserThe suite was good and spacious. It has balcony and the facility around that area is quite good. The view also nice. There is a few cafe to choose from, and retail outlet like The News and KK Mart outlet. There are basic room item provided such as iron and iron board, slippers, toothbrush, soap & Shampoo, kettle, coffee & tea, mugs, TV, safety box and hair dryer, but there is no mineral/drinking water, small fridge or microwave provided. However the check in is quite tricky as you may find the person arranging check in staying in the alley nearby The News outlet, there is no proper reception counter available. The customer service will not answer your call. They only reply via what's app so do not bother to call, you may get scolded by the lady who answered. This can be said as not a hotel service, so do not expect that kind of services from this provider. It is more like AirBnB style. However it was a nice stay just during the night i don't know why there is strange shouting and yelling and disturbing sound once in a while came out from nowhere. so it's quite disturbing my sleep a few time wake up in a shock hearing something unwelcoming sound. But if your ear is sound proof while sleeping i think it will not becoming a problem to you.

Unfortunately , had a disappointing experience during my stay. Although a toothbrush may seem like a small matter, it was listed as an available amenity, so I did not bring one as I was travelling from out of town.
When I realised it was missing, I called the staff and was asked to look for it. I explained that I had already checked but could not locate one. I was then told that it would be brought to me the following morning because there was no staff available to deliver it that evening.
I understood the situation and agreed to wait until the next morning. Unfortunately, no one followed up, and the toothbrush was never delivered before I checked out.
I am not usually a critical guest, but when an amenity is listed, I believe it should be provided or the guest should be informed beforehand. I hope the management can improve its communication and service in the future.

The room was ok, but overall cleanliness was not good.
There were many cigarette remnants and bread crumbs near the window.
The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times.
It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call.
i will not book through this operator anymore

jalanjalansokmothe toilet and room very clean. got iron at each floor and got parking space. located near Pantai cempedak just less than 10 minutes drive. Bonus point got TMG supermarket infront of the house very convenient to do quick shopping.
i don't took picture of the house but really beautiful and cozy place, got bonding space at level 1 with small table tennis and corridor outside to chill
