"The view from the 47th floor is quite impressive; the sea of clouds is a sight to behold. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants, and you can reach all the attractions via a link bridge.
The amenities are quite complete, even international charging ports are available.
The downsides are that the toilet in the bedroom is small and the showerhead doesn't work. The bathroom with the bathtub is quite drafty, making it cold to shower.
Overall, the experience was quite good. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. ☺️☺️"

"My family really enjoyed our stay! The check-in and check-out process was very smooth.
There were plenty of parking spaces, so we easily found a free spot.
It offers easy access to Genting Highlands via the Antara link bridge, which is about a 10-to-15-minute walk.
The hotel facilities were also great, my family enjoyed them, especially the trampoline room.
The attached shopping mall has everything you need for daily essential, though of course, if you want more choices, you’ll need to head up to Genting Highlands.
Still, we found it more than enough for anyone wanting to chill and enjoy the cool, windy weather.
As for the room, my only feedback concerns the bathroom floor drain and some kitchen utensils.
A few items were slightly damaged but still usable, so there's room for improvement there.
Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely come back!

"As Antara Genting has 4 towers, luckily website stated clearly it’s located at Tower A, car park on site found easily (charges applied). However, check in process took a little longer, the queue was so long and took us 40mins to get our door key (3 counters), what to do as high occupancies on school holiday and the tower has 49 floors.
The stay with families were awesome, we were families staying for 3 bedrooms. Apartment were spotless clean, every room has aircond and TV, everyone can choose their own channel or TV show. Kids enjoyed well with the whirlpool at the balcony during the night, cooling outdoor temperature with jacuzzi pool 36’C.
Last but not least the facilities really amazed us! So many different playgrounds, trampoline room, garden etc. Worth staying here!"

During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again."

Terrence8488The check-in experience was horrible, was informed by estate management that room was not ready even at 4:30pm (chk in supposed to be 3:00pm). Trip.com has to step in but seems the communication between Trips.com and estate management ((Stonez7) does not go well. I somehow managed to get into the unit at 5.00pm after few round of close follow-up.
The room was cosy but cleanliness could be improved. Dust still found on the floor. The shower temperature is hard to control. In most cases, we have to bathe with cold water.
We were asked to leave the unit by 11:00am on the final day. Even though we have been informed during check in that they have extended our check out time by additional 2 hours. This is totally a big disappointment as seems there has been miscommunication here and there.
Anyway, plus point is that the unit come with balcony and view is nice.
We are fortunate to see double rainbow from our balcony.

WT LiewI recently had the pleasure of staying at B&J Tioman Dive Resort on Tioman Island, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, it was clear why B&J has built such a strong reputation among divers and travelers alike.
One of the first things that impressed me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping standards were consistently high, making it easy to relax after a day of diving and exploration. The resort grounds were also kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment that reflected the professionalism of the entire team.
What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface.
As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs.
Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to.
Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway. Thank you to the entire B&J team for making my trip so enjoyable, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

This guesthouse is great! It's right by the sea and the sand on the beach is really fine. The place is well-equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and kitchenware. The only minor issue is that the shower floor can be a bit slippery. Communicating with the host via WhatsApp was very easy and they were super friendly.

The room was ok, but overall cleanliness was not good.
There were many cigarette remnants and bread crumbs near the window.
The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times.
It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call.
i will not book through this operator anymore

The only minor inconvenience was that the front desk service was located in a different building. Other than that, the facilities and environment were excellent. It was a two-bedroom, one-living room unit with ample space and great views. It was clean and hygienic, very comfortable for two people. Downstairs, there were many shops and restaurants, which was extremely convenient. We extended our stay for two more days, making it a full week in total.
