The most interesting view near by (besides) Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh, Perak; the scenery looks very interesting and the view is great. All the facilities of this unit Onsen S-08-13 here and the comfort is good. The service from the management is also good and very helpful. Highly recommended to those out there who want the satisfaction of the Lost World of Tambun view, the location is also close to a few good places to go out to eat for domestic and foreign tourists. One of good place to stay in today.

Had a pleasant stay in this homestay. Well kept with cleaniness. Spacious car park and can park outside too. All amenities are still new and clean. Location slightly away from town

Best guesthouses if you have more than 10 adults or 3/4 families. Good for kids and children. The hotel is bit far from lost world of Tambun, with no near by mall. The guesthouse was clean when we check in. Daily housekeeping or Cleanliness is not included so you have to pay out of your own. Overall decent experience and value for money.

Nice to stay..

It was a homey two storey building with bunches of old antiques scattered around. Level two upstairs is wood flooring so no shoes allowed. Slippers provided to go to their wide and large bathrooms with water heaters, shampoo, soap etc. There's a small veranda beside the bathrooms upstairs. Iron and hair dryers also provided. Wide lockers at the bottom of the bunk beds. Mini fridge, coffee and tea for everyone to use. Two front doors for double security. Hosts are friendly.

this is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me? second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us. during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.

The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, great for staying in shape. There’s also a barbecue area that can be reserved for gatherings, which adds a nice touch for family or group stays. Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.

the guest house is near to a laundry, 7 eleven & also chocolate shop. the room also clean & worth the price! gonna repeat this place soon 🥰 the owner also very easy to deal. the homestay also near the pangkor jetty. only took 3-4 mins to get there if you use a motorbike or taxi.

The bed was comfortable, and the view from the balcony was a delightful bonus. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or wind down in the evening. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot-on, making my trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely return!

Very strategic place!

It is a very lovely guest house with great atmosphere. Especially, I have to thank a staff who was on duty on 18th night shift sincerely. My grandmother was uncomfortable on that night, we were looking for pills to stop her stomach ache from the reception at around 3am in the midnight, the staff was very kind, he drove my sister to the nearest convenience store to get the pills and finally my grandmother felt better after that.

The rooms are all good. I will come again next time if I have the chance, and I will continue to stay in this hotel. The service is still very thoughtful. Someone at the door took us to the room. The service is better

Big room and clean. Is suitable for family groups. Have kitchen at outside..very convenient because can refill hot water or drinking water..thanks owner for your good preparing by providing us mattress and blanket

I had one night stay with 2 family members of mine. The car park is narrow and limited, you need to be careful to park your car. Check in was rather easy and fast, no deposit was asked. Hotel is equipped with many facilities like gym, swimming pool, KTV and even a cinema. The family room I booked is spacious, you will get enough space to put 3 persons luggages. The bathroom satisfies me the most, there is a bathtub and a standing shower room equipped with 2 in 1 heater, and the water pressure is adjustable yet strong enough. However, the room Aircon swinging function is broken, it just blows in a fixed direction and may not be cooling the farer bed. Also, one side of the sofa chair was wet during my visit :( Overall my stay is fine without much inconvenience.

A very new cabin, very cozy. The main door is an automatic door, very convenient. There are delicious food around, the location is convenient, you can also walk around. The sanitation is generally clean, but the bed may not have changed the sheets (there are women's hair and some small debris), which needs to be improved.

Not much to expect. But for this price range, have better one around.

The area is beautiful.. the house is clean.. The courtyard is relaxing... I am satisfied, it is difficult to check in and out... I have to call and ask and it is like self service... So far ************** okay n quiet area....

The facilities were great. Room, linen, towels, etc were very clean and I was impressed with the quality of everything in general about the room. Service provided by Mr. Kor was also responsive, friendly and helpful. Location was good with short walks to most places of interest in KS. Beautiful views of life in the river as well. Did not managed to patronize the restaurant as it was only a short trip. Maybe next trip. Everything was great. Maybe not as suitable at the moment for the less mobile/elderly as the Elevators are not yet installed, but everything else is top notch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area.
