If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stress-free stay in Davao, I highly recommend Lian's Haven Condo at Arezzo Place Davao. -The host is helpful and approachable whenever I have concerns. -The unit is clean and aesthetically appealing and relaxing. -Refreshing pool that I enjoyed swimming during my stay. -WiFi is fast with Netflix while watching movies. -Complete kitchen utensils and cook wares -Premium linens and comfortable bed -The location is near to airport, supermarket, bank and mall Thank you for the amazing experience. Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The owner’s warm hospitality and attentiveness elevated the entire experience. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean, thoughtfully maintained, and very comfortable. One of the highlights is the stunning view equally breathtaking at sunrise and beautifully serene in the evening. The pool area is elegant and inviting, perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the hotel staff and security personnel are consistently courteous, professional, and accommodating. Overall, a delightful and memorable stay highly recommended for those seeking both comfort and a touch of luxury.

It very basic but affordable price There's also a swimming pool you can use Breakfast is very good also We have booked to stay there twice now and will be booking again The only downside is that they close the doors at 9pm so if you like the nightlife you'll be locked out just something to think about when booking

I really like the place, the amenities are are nice and clean. Only the location but thanks it was a good experience to stay in Lamonique transient room.

I had a really wonderful and joyful staycation here. The place is exactly as advertised. The place is clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The sea view from the room is beautiful and perfectly matched the relaxing ambience of the place, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also convenient with easy access to public transportation. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach whenever needed. I would happily recommend this place and would love to stay here again.
