"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my son. The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the excellent service. It was a great experience for both of us, and we would definitely be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!"

"Really nice place and definitely a great stay! The moment we entered, it already smelled so good. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and everything was pretty much perfect. The check-in details and authorization were provided before our arrival, with clear instructions on how to enter the building, which made the check-in process easy and smooth. The balcony view was a little different from what I expected, but it was still nice. The location was also very convenient, with an Alfamart nearby where we bought groceries and food. The elevator was a bit challenging since the area was under construction, but it wasn’t a big issue. The only problem was the electricity going out around 9 AM until our 11 AM checkout. Thankfully, the room stayed cool, so we just slept through it. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back! ❤️"

"We had a wonderful stay at Thompson Suites. The unit was clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. The location is excellent very close to Okada Manila, the airport, and other nearby attractions, making it convenient for both leisure and short stays. The room had everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth. We also enjoyed the amenities, especially the swimming pool and the peaceful atmosphere. The host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, Thompson Suites offers great value for money, and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Manila. Highly recommended!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay at GemstoneBR – SMDC Air Residences I really enjoyed my stay at GemstoneBR in SMDC Air Residences. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, especially if you’re staying for more than just a night or two. One thing I really appreciated was how much was provided inside the unit. There’s a proper kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, rice cooker, plates, utensils and other cooking essentials, so you can actually prepare your own meals. There’s also a washing machine, which was extremely convenient during my stay. The apartment itself was cosy and nicely decorated. I loved the little living area with the sofa and Smart TV, and having Netflix and YouTube available made it easy to relax when I didn’t feel like going out. The bedroom was comfortable, and I also appreciated the slippers, toiletries and other small essentials that were provided. Those little touches made the apartment feel more welcoming. The bathroom has a hot shower and they even provide a hairdryer. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is basically already there. The location was another big plus for me. SMDC Air Residences is in Makati, so it was convenient for getting around, and having shops and other essentials nearby made things much easier. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and I think GemstoneBR is a great option if you want something that feels more like a little home than just a hotel room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it, especially for solo travellers or anyone planning a longer stay in Manila. ❤️"

"it was such a great experience, very comfortable. though upon checkin in we waited for almost 1 and half hour to check in, and the last day of our stay the netflix didn't function so we ended up watching in youtube. but overall it was nice and great. very cozy. looking forward for another trip here."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed for a 3-day business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The check-in process was quick and professional. My room was spacious, well-lit, and had a comfortable desk setup — perfect for getting work done. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay, and the meeting rooms were well-equipped.  Housekeeping was prompt and attentive. The staff were courteous and always ready to assist, whether it was arranging a taxi or printing documents.  Location is ideal — close to the CBD and major transport links. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling on business."
