The view from the room was amazing, and check-in was earlier than 14:00, but we were able to move it up to 12:00, which was great. There is a cafe on the first floor, where you can get ice cream and other things that are perfect for when it's hot. Check-out was also changed from 11:00 to 12:00, which was great. Motorbikes can be rented cheaply, and since it's not as crowded as Hanoi, even Japanese people can drive. But you do so at your own risk.

I traveled with my family and stayed for two nights. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The location was convenient, just a few minutes from Maria Bay beach, which my little one absolutely loved. The host was also very enthusiastic in showing us places to eat near the hotel, saving us time.

Hotel waiter, family hospitality, good. Unfortunately, the facilities are insufficient, the room floor tiles are too smooth, there are water traces that are not dry, it is easy to practice, plus the air is not circulating, there is a smell. But the price concessions are a good choice.

We had an amazing stay at S Villa Ha Long! The villa is beautifully designed with a modern and cozy vibe, perfectly located just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The area is peaceful and ideal for relaxing, yet still close to cafes and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind and responsive — we truly felt taken care of. Highly recommended and we’d love to come back!

Overall good. We booked two rooms, the price was low and the value for money was excellent. The rooms are large, each room has 2 double beds and the toilet is clean. But living on the 2nd floor is noisy, there is the sound of the steam locomotive outside. After all, the windows of the house in Vietnam are not designed tightly. It is recommended that the room on the 3rd floor not close to the road will not be noisy. In addition, it is recommended that the mineral water in the room should be given to the guests for free. It will meet the world trend. There is not even a mineral water, if you have to pay extra 5K VND ..... Although it is not very expensive, it is a problem of feeling after all. Otherwise, you can also attach the mineral water fee to the room fee. It feels good. Give you a suggestion that conforms to the world trend, and you will progress.

It is an apartment, but the cleanliness was pretty mid . It offered many amenities such as a washing machine and kitchen, but with no room service available, the general floor of the room was rather dirty and dusty . We had to wear slippers to walk around . But it was spacious and big, which is a positive trait of this stay .

Такого разнообразия и крутой подачи блюд не часто встречаешь. 5 блюд на ужин- это великолепно! У нас была каюта повышенной комфортности с панорамными окнами, личным балконов, джакузи .Проживание в этом каюте не передать словами, нужно лично ощутить всю прелесть 👍. Красота и могущество Халонга, прекрасная, комфортабельная каюта, разнообразная программа тура на 3 дня - все это оставило радость, восторг, умиление от этого волшебного круиза!
