Really welcoming and friendly staff who were eager to help wherever they could. We arrived here at the end of our trip from Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road to Adelaide, so the comfort was very much appreciated after spending nights sleeping and living in a campervan. The hostel itself is very clean and maintained. There are multiple TV rooms, a massive chill-out area, and bathrooms that feel more like a hotel than a hostel. We booked a private room with shared bathroom. The room was a good size, with a balcony, a desk, and 2 large, comfortable double bed. It was also air-conditioned. The kitchen is large and well equipped, with multiple fridges and stovetops, as well as a microwave, cleaning products, and recycling facilities. The only downside is that some guests could be tidier and put their things away after washing up / cooking. The location is excellent — right in the centre of the city. You can walk everywhere: the bus station, supermarkets, China/Asian town, restaurants, and Adelaide Central Market are all just minutes away. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again.

Recommend to backpackers! The atmosphere is great and the accommodation is great. The location is also close to Rundle shopping center. Best because the bus terminal and train station are nearby

The location at Port Elliot is beautiful. We had a double room with shared bathroom as we booked late and this is the only one available. Although the room is very small, it is reasonably clean and the bathroom is also clean. Sound proofing is not very good in the room as we can hear the door being closed in the next room. The shared kitchen and dining room are a plus because we can cook our own food if we don't want to eat out.

Tbf most reviews were bad, but the place was alright. The lady who taking care of the building seemed harsh at first, but she’s actually very kind and friendly. The building is unique, especially the hallway and bathroom. My 2ndfloor room had wooden pieces on the floor like they were still fixing something, but it looked pretty cool. FYI You also get warm clean towels filled up all the time!

i had time to stay at port aledaide backpackers while looking for a cost-effective but still comfortable place, and it turned out that my experience was quite pleasant. From the beginning of coming, the atmosphere feels relaxed and typical backpacker hostel, suitable for those who like a simple place with a friendly feeling. the location is also good,it is in the quiet port aledaide area and has a unique atmosphere,so it feels different from the bustling city center.

Good place to stay for solo traveler. Easy self check-in and check-out. Quiet and clean. It’s nearby the center and easy to reach the center just by walk. Very recommended.

This kind of backpack is like this. It gives me a room for four people. I live alone. It is quite good. It has everything. I can cook by myself. I think it is quite good. The price is cheap. I recommend it.

GGuest UserWe arrived on a very hot day and the air-con was already on, which is a big plus. Although the room is rather basic, it is very clean and the bed comfortable. Location at Nuriootpa is central for visiting different places in Barossa.

Mmiweekend Janice BehThe overall experience swings to both extremes — some things were very good, while others were quite disappointing. Good: New and Modern interior design, especially impressive for a motel-rated property. Spacious room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Wide variety of in-room beverages. Concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking for motel guests (unlike the sister hotels, which charge $15 for 24 hours). Bad: No self-service laundry — a major drawback for a motel. I had to walk 480m to a public laundromat on first day.. then only learned that we can use laundry service at sister hotel. Poorly designed shower area. The shower platform is higher than the toilet section, causing water to flow out into the toilet area instead of towards the drain — very odd design. Internet is weak, unstable, and slow. If your child wants to play Roblox… forget it. Housekeeping needs significant improvement. They didn’t wash the mugs and glasses, didn’t clear used plates, didn’t sweep the floor, and didn’t replace the trash bag — they only changed the towels.

메리팍The location is so good. Walkable to the seaside town center. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom and the musty smell in the room... I tried to understand that it was a cheap motel in the area, but The bathroom was so bad. A motel with a slightly uncomfortable feel. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to save money. If you have some money, go to another motel. Parking facilities are located within the motel, but the spaces are too narrow. The swimming pool was fairly clean.

GGuest UserI didn't have time to walk around. There is a very large supermarket nearby. There may be thick fog near the town in the morning, so drive carefully. Very cost-effective. The air conditioner is very loud and a bit noisy. Nice place.

GGuest UserI highly recommend the Motel Poinsettia for families seeking a comfortable and stress-free stay. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. The layout is exceptionally convenient, especially the car park directly in front of the room, which made unloading luggage a breeze. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that was perfectly suited for our family of two adults and three kids, providing plenty of space for everyone. Safety is clearly a priority here; the property is gated and felt very secure throughout our stay. The location is also a major plus, with a Foodland within easy walking distance for all our grocery needs. This is a fantastic, well-maintained choice for travellers, and we would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThe only reason I am marking 3 stars for service is because it was all automatic. 3 stars for when I called, and asked to be put in a little early, they immediately said yes and made the room ready. I called within 24 hours of my booking as well so that deserves a 5 star in itself. But the lack of human interaction made it not as exciting. Definitely would have made it 5 stars

GGuest UserLocation was fine for what we wanted, to be close to Gillman speedway. Pool was lovely. Spa was very slow on pumping bubbles & area around  pool could be cleaner but maybe there had been heavy rain. Didn’t use the food service.
