Staff are friendly. Check in is very smooth. The beds are clean and rooms warm and spacious enough. The shower and toilet in room 15 was still out of use which should be addressed by now.

The bed is very comfortable, I was given the middle bunk, it is very stable, quiet, the roommates are very friendly, the bathroom is very nice and big, there is free breakfast, the location is excellent, 8 minutes walk from the city center, convenient for shopping.
