The stay at the hosteller bangalore was a great experience for a backpacker like me. I spent one night at there 6 sharing dorm room with bunk beds which was spacious and clean. There was enough privacy thanks to the cover on the sides of your bed and every bed got their own reading light and charging slot. The staff was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. The bathroom however was small.

The breakfast was very good. I checked in when I had a bad cold. I just wanted to sleep. I didn't even go to the sights in Bangalore. There was a young lady who was very good at Chinese and called me VIP, which was very cute.

I personally think this zostel needs some revamping. The couches are very old, there isn't a good infrastructure in place to tackle with rains or mosquitos. A fridge can be added, accessible micro-wave and kitchenware, a little more furniture to create sitting spaces. I stayed at zostel japiur last month and the common areas felt very welcoming. Zostel bangalore (indiranagar) needs more work in making common areas sociable. One of the benefits of having a space specially for travelers is that you (zostel) have the opportunity to create community engagement environment. Especially in a place like bangalore, it is a melting pot of youth and culture.
