Hotel Beacon T2

The hotel is very close to the airport, but there will be a lot of noise near the airport runway. In addition, there are many horns in the traffic jam in front of the hotel. There is also a temple in front, so there will be a time of about half an hour in the morning and evening. Singing, the sound is great. There are a lot of people in the neighborhood, and I feel that there are many people in 24 hours. The environment near the hotel is relatively poor. It feels like a slum but not dangerous. The hotel is very new, health is OK, you can call the front desk if you have any questions. There will be numerous reminders at the front desk. There are few boiled eggs and toasted bread for breakfast. The other is an Indian meal. There are more flies.
Noor Dormitory Sakinaka

I was here 3 nights.  This is a pretty low price for what you get.  There are also many other dormitories around.  Air-conditioned room with free Wi-Fi and fan in each capsule.  There were cameras in the room, as well as a locker for your things.  Clean linen.  If you are taller than 180 cm, you will not be able to lie down here completely.  There is no shampoo, shower gel or toilet paper in the bathroom.  5 minutes from Sakinaka and Asalpha metro stations.  Nice staff by the way.  When I was sleeping, 1000 rupees accidentally fell out of my pocket onto the floor, but the staff gave it back to me, for which I thank them.  This is excellent value for money.
Qubestay Airport Capsule Hotel & Hostel

Powai
First of all, I liked the idea. This place is themed like an actual aero plane. The corridors looks nice with those windows. TI had but a few hours between my connection flights and I had nothing to do.I had heard of Qubestay from a friend and wanted to see what it offers. I liked the concept. At the price point I got this room for, No amount of negativities I can ***age to pull up will do justice.I had a good time all in all What I liked - I was pleasantly surprised to see a water purifier at this place. I also loved the receptionist who was on duty that day. She spoke very good English ( My Hindi is rather limited ) and was also quite friendly. She wore no name badges and hence cannot identify her name. What I disliked - I had checked in at 1900 LT. My Flight was for 0500 LT next day. My idea was to get some sleep. Sadly that is one thing that I did not ***age to. The bed was quite comfortable and AC was working. But what spoiled my sleep was chatter of others in the room that went upto 0030 LT. I do understand this may be out of hands of ***agement, but I am sure, Like no smoking policy, you can easily make a lights down-pipes out policy in place. This would ensure that someone like me can get some shut eye. Those who like to continue conversing can use TV Room or similar spaces. Another issue is that, there are only three hooks in the shower room for hanging clothes. With the size of the shower room, water will fall on them. I am sure a few more hooks can be provided and will not cost a fortune.

Colaba
I stayed at the Backpacker Cowies last week of July’ 2024 and it was my first time in Mumbai and I loved staying at this hostel for many reasons and the location being the prime reason, if you are to explore Mumbai then Gateway of India, Marine drive, Colaba Market and Local train station, all of them were at walking distance which made my travel at ease. Coming to the hostel, they had many options, from Dorm Beds to Private Rooms including free Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, a secure card checkin system and an elevator. They dorm room were pretty inexpensive under 1000 compared to the location and I stayed in their premium suites, the tariff for which was around 3000-3500/night and it had the best view of the colaba market and lastly legendary cafes like the Leopold Cafe n Bar, Cafe Mondegar, Cafe Churchill and Delhi Durbar are at 2-3mins walking distance. Overall Tidy and neat hostel perfect for travellers at a great location and friendly hosts. Highly recommend this hostel for your next trip to Mumbai and I am definitely coming back here.

Santacruz
This hotel is not maintained well…Eight years back, i had stayed here…This time, the hotel has become a lodge….Don’t be fooled by the pictures in their website….it can be considered only as one or two star lodge….Staffs are all Kannada speaking people…they are very friendly and helpful…Last time, when i stayed here i had complained, the crow use to steal our food in the open terrace restaurant….now they have covered the restaurant and safe from the crows nuisance….Rooms and Bed Linens are dirty…Overall the hotel is dusty and not kept clean…The hotel is located in the busy area of Santa Cruz market….very crowded….Walkable distance is the Santacruz railway station….You can get the Western and Harbour line of Mumbai Suburban Railway…

The young *** with the spectacles at the front desk is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Apart from that, the place is ok. It’s clean, there are plenty of bathrooms and it’s close to the airport.

Zostel Aurangabad
4.2/56 Reviews
Zostel Aurangabad was tastefully done up. My daughter and I took a personal room and not a dorm. But we spent a lot of time in the common room where we met interesting people from different parts of the country. The place is neat and clean, common bathrooms are good too. Centrally located and easy to travel to places of interest.
