Aithough I take a short term stay, I feel comfortable. So I just wanted to stay a little bit longer.

The croissants at breakfast were delicious! It's a capsule hotel with a horizontal layout, and it's only a few subway stops from the cathedral. Lots of young people stay here. Mostly, it's the price – everything else around here is so expensive.

I still want to recommend this accommodation overall, the facilities and rooms are quite nice. However, I think the male manager in the breakfast area really needs some reflection and proper training. There are two breakfast options here: €8 and €4. I chose the €4 one, but nothing happened for a while. His female colleague, whose English wasn’t very fluent, only took the payment and gave me a coffee. Later, they handed me an empty paper bag for breakfast. When I started to use the bag, the male manager repeatedly told me that the breakfast only included “one coffee and one croissant” he said it at least three times. I also replied that I had received an empty bag and no croissant at all. Instead of explaining politely or resolving the issue, he just kept repeating himself and walked away without doing anything. Overall, the place itself is good, but the staff training is seriously lacking. Even if they’re not sure about something, basic politeness and communication should be expected, and unfortunately, this male manager clearly hasn’t received such training.

I had no problem. Good guys and cleaning routine is good. Price / performance efficiency is high. Only thing could be better will be that private lockers using with our private keys. Other than that, transportation is easy and it has a good backyard as well!

A fantastic hostel! They offer 24-hour check-in service, and even though I arrived in the middle of the night, the staff warmly welcomed me, showed me around the facilities, and even offered me a welcome drink! The next day, I could store my luggage for free, and the staff kindly made me an espresso to start my morning. At noon, I had a small issue—my sandwich in the shared fridge was accidentally taken by someone. I tell this to the front desk, and coincidentally, the owner was there. She was incredibly thoughtful and even offered to have the kitchen make me a toast! Amazing customer service and problem-solving mindset! Next time I visit Milan, I’ll stay at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo again.

The place is clean and tidy. The people there are friendly. The reception closed at 7.30 pm. So not sure if customer arrives after that time. Need a bit of walking to the location and the pavement is not even. So it is difficulty if roller is used. Generally good experience.

Was an excellent experience with everything you need. Even when you go to the pool you receive a special Towel. The bonus was the cart taking you back and forth to the train station. Highly recommend

It's quite hidden and not easy to find, but it's quite safe. It feels like a homestay, but it's quite casual. There's a big iron gate outside. After passing through the big iron gate, you enter a small courtyard. At first, I went in the wrong way. The sign of this family hostel is very small. It's on the wall of the street-facing room, so you need to look carefully. I entered from the door next to it. There happened to be an aunt guarding the gate. She knew what I was doing at a glance, and pointed to a small door skillfully and let me in.

Great! Clean, comfortable, in the center. Early in the morning it was necessary to go to the airport, so buses started to go there from 4am and the stop was literally 100m from the hotel.

The hostel felt safe and clean! They've got plenty of activities that I unfortunately didn't get a chance to participate in as I was only in Milan for 2 days. They also gave a complimentary drink ticket to use at the bar. It is about a half an hour walk from the city center, but the area felt quite safe. It's also only a 5 minute walk from the metro station, making it very accessible.
