Rating: 7/10. Top location, but mind the shared facilities!Pros: Unbeatable location just 3 minutes from Moskovsky Railway Station and the Galeria mall. The loft-style design looks great, it’s clean, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The contactless self-check-in via electronic keycodes works seamlessly. There is a cozy shared kitchen area equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, tableware, and complimentary tea/coffee.Cons: There are only 2 toilets and 1 shower for 7–8 rooms. When the place is fully booked, waiting lines are inevitable, which can be frustrating. Soundproofing is weak due to thin walls. Check-in and check-out times are strict (strictly from 2:00 PM and before 12:00 PM respectively). Since it's fully contactless, early arrival or late departure is hard to arrange, so plan your transit carefully.

Absolutely amazing! I'd recommend this place to everyone! First, the location: it's a 5-minute walk from the Leningrad Hero City Obelisk, very close to the train station and Metro Line 1. Within 500 meters, there are two 'five-star' supermarkets and a Kofevarim (a popular, affordable coffee and bakery chain in St. Petersburg, a must-try!). The entrance isn't easy to find; navigate to 'Nevsky Art Studio.' Go through the hotel's main entrance and walk inside the building, and you'll see a sign. As shown in P1, you can enter from either side of the building; just look for the 'Art Studio' sign. There's security at the entrance, and the elevator requires a key card, so it's very safe. You can store your luggage at the front desk. After checking in, an attendant will guide you upstairs to your room's reception area to swipe your card and open the corresponding locker for your coat and shoes. Disposable slippers are provided, and the common areas are very clean. For a hostel, the room is quite spacious. I could easily open my 28-inch suitcase inside (I recommend a bottom bunk – it's easier to access luggage while sitting). There's a full-length mirror, a three-tier shelf, a tall clothes rack, and two power outlets. One towel is provided. The privacy is excellent, but I imagine it might get a bit stuffy in the summer. The washbasins and toilets are separate and shared by both genders. Shower gel and shampoo are provided, and the facilities are very new. The mirror light is bright, which is great for makeup (^.^). I didn't fully explore the washing machine, but it looks fully functional and has instructions. The communal kitchen is as pictured, but there are only cups, plates, and two knives for utensils. It seems drinking water isn't provided. The refrigerator storage is a nice touch, with each room getting a small allocated box! Also, note that the drying rack is in front of the fridge, so drying personal items might not be ideal. There's an ironing area. The best part: all the staff are incredibly friendly! The front desk staff were smiling throughout, very approachable. After check-in, a staff member guided me upstairs and helped carry my luggage to the room's reception. The attendant at the room's reception was also super nice! Since I couldn't read Russian, I asked about the train station, and she enthusiastically helped me plan the route and gave me important tips. It was so heartwarming that this hostel made me want to stay in St. Petersburg a little longer (ㄒoㄒ) Highly, highly recommend!!!

Good hostel. It's quite clean, quiet, and peaceful. The location is convenient, with the metro within walking distance. Kazan Cathedral is a 25-minute walk away. The beds are comfortable. Each bed has a locker and two drawers: one under the bed and another on the wall behind the curtain. The common area offers free water, tea, coffee, and sugar. They host evening movie screenings with popcorn. These are quiet and don't disturb guests resting in their rooms. The administrators are very friendly and helpful. There are many foreign tourists and Chinese guests, but even the Chinese guests are not noisy. At first glance, there don't seem to be many showers and restrooms. However, in reality, there are enough, and I never saw any queues. My stay was comfortable.

This hotel is beautiful, very historic, and culturally rich. Its location in the city center is perfect and close to everything. The staff provide top-tier service and utmost respect. Highly recommended for guests who want to be near all major attractions.

It's easy to find it in Saint Petersburg, next to the Moscovsky Railway Station. Just 10-minute's taxi can bring you from the Railway Station to the hostel. The reception can speak fluent English, which is friendly to foreign tourists. They helped me check in early that day. Though the room is not big, it feels comfortable. And we have Russian breakfast to eat every morning. Meanwhile, I made some friends here. All in all, it's a nice experience this time.

Good value hotel, also the staffs are polite and helpful. Walking distance to the famous attractions, the hotel is in front of the road, but it doesn't noisy. If you don't need to have breakfast, you better tell the staff at reception when you go out, we are so sorry for the male staff who had waited us for asking our selection.

The location is good. The room with a bathroom is on the 4th floor - it is very inconvenient to go up the narrow stairs with a suitcase, there is no elevator. A huge plus is that the window overlooks the courtyard - it is not noisy. For 50 rubles you can leave your things in a storage room (a room with video cameras). The water is very bad - the pressure in the shower is very weak, during one shower there was a difference from hot to cold 4 times. Well, it took a very long time to drain the hot water.

Location: Right behind Kazan Cathedral, about a 7-minute walk along the street. Not remote, right on the main street. One of the girls in my room often came back after midnight, so it felt relatively safe to me. Transportation: The metro station is right next to Kazan Cathedral, and the train station is within 3km. However, there's usually no subway, so you have to walk everywhere. After staying a few days, I realized everyone should learn to take the bus; it makes things much easier. Service: The receptionists speak English and are very friendly. Several guests seemed to be regulars—one was over 80, and a few were women in their 40s—but they were all quite nice. Cleanliness: The place was fairly clean. There are four toilets and four shower stalls. Five faucets for washing, all in one place, unisex. To be honest, sometimes using the toilet was a bit awkward and uncomfortable; for example, if you were defecating, there might be two men urinating next to you. Apart from the toilets, I personally thought everything was good.

The hotel is close to the airport, the front desk staff were patient, and the visa-on-arrival process was quick. The room was fully equipped; you could do laundry, cook, watch TV, and the Wi-Fi was fast. There were a 5-cent supermarket and a Blue Supermarket within 500 meters, making shopping convenient. Also, a deposit was collected upon check-in, which was refunded within one day of check-out, which was very convenient.

Clean, comfortable, but very noisy. The windows come out on the road, and if you close the window very tight. Also 100% hearing of neighbors, constantly clapping doors. Sleeping didn't work out. Maybe I won't come back to this place again.
