This is my second time staying at this hostel, and I really like its location on Arbat; everything is nearby. The shower room is clean, but in the women's shower, the hairdryer is placed very inconveniently directly on top of the water heater. They should really add a shelf for the hairdryer, otherwise it will constantly fall and eventually stop working. Also, not everyone notices the hairdryer because it's placed high up. I've never seen such a setup anywhere else, which is a definite downside. The room itself is clean, and the bedding is good and fresh. Overall, I like this hostel for the price; it's perfect for travelers who need a place to stay for a night or two. The girl at the reception was very hospitable, excellent service!
It should be one of the few youth hostels in Vladivostok that can be booked on domestic platforms. When I made the reservation, I didn’t have any valid reviews. I will carefully talk about the advantages and disadvantages for the reference of future friends:
-advantage:
The location is good, you can see the Orthodox Church from the window, and you can see Victory Square when you go downstairs. I booked this location for one night when I was in my early 80s, and it was really good for me;
Overall relatively clean and tidy;
The public areas are large, including restaurants and study areas;
The restaurant has refrigerators, microwaves and other kitchen utensils, so it’s no problem if you want to cook by yourself;
There is a hair dryer, three sinks, two showers, and two toilets in the women's bathroom. No matter whether you are taking a shower, washing up, or going to the toilet, you have never had to queue up.
-shortcoming:
The four-person room I wrote about actually had three bunk beds or six beds in total. I went there at the end of July, perhaps during the peak season, and there were six people staying there every night;
There seems to be a bar downstairs or something. I stayed for a total of five nights. On three nights, music and drinking were played downstairs until one or two in the morning. Especially on Friday nights, it didn't stop until after three in the morning.
Roommates may snore and affect their sleep (but this is a common problem in youth hostels;
I live in a girl's room, but there is a mother who is raising her son. He sleeps in the same bed with her in our room at night. The son is about five or six years old. I personally feel a little uncomfortable;
My toiletries were unopened in the cabinet in the public area but disappeared. There was no surveillance in that area and the administrator said that I should lock it myself. Although it was not a valuable item, I still felt uncomfortable;
There was a cockroach on the bed, and it crawled across my sheets when I stayed up late playing with my phone.
Finally, attach a photo of the Orthodox church looking out from the living room window, a photo of the kitchen and dining table in the common area, and a photo of the self-study area.
Selected by price and location.
On one night, I thought, but eventually a little regretted.
As it was very noisy, the teenagers in the corridor chatted until 2 nights, the administrator does not require to observe silence.
The garbage container is overcrowded, the refrigerator is filled with unclear products. Sign products is not a thing.
The administrator did not explain anything - the code from the door, wifi, toilets and so on.
This youth hostel is really good, in a quiet place in the city center, there is no other youth hostel noisy. The big sisters at the front desk are very friendly, very careful, the facilities are new, the bed is very soft and comfortable, the quilt is also fragrant, the key lock cabinet will not be afraid of losing the items, the bathroom and bathroom are very clean
Hotel "Equator-Economy" offers the perfect balance of price and quality. Its location in the heart of Vladivostok will captivate every guest, with windows overlooking the city's main attraction—the Sea of Japan. Within walking distance are key cultural, sports, and administrative infrastructure sites, such as the Dynamo Stadium, Arbat, and Revolution Fighters Square.
It's worth noting that the "Equator" hotel is also ideal for organizing business and entertainment events. Guests have access to five modern conference rooms equipped with all the necessary equipment for presentations, seminars, negotiations, and other important events.
To experience local cuisine, guests can visit the café located in the hotel, which serves a variety of local and international dishes. In addition to breakfast, guests can include lunch and dinner in their stay.
For guests' convenience, the following services are provided: a 24-hour front desk, free wireless internet access, and luggage storage. Airport transfer is available for an additional fee, and there is free parking on the hotel premises. Feel at home in one of the 44 rooms!
Hotel location is low-key, the environment is very quiet, sleep comfortably. It is about 1 km walk from Victory Square and Haihaitang Railway Station.
The hotel is very clean and the heating is very comfortable. There will be tourists and locals from different places, very friendly. The uncle at the front desk of the hotel is super nice and friendly. Although everyone chats with translation software, the communication is very pleasant and smooth, and everything will be responded and satisfied quickly. Because I left at night, the uncle at the front desk would take the initiative to inform that the luggage can be stored in the cabinet for free, and also tell tourists how to go to the attractions and when to go to the train station. The few days in Vladivostok were very smooth and comfortable. If you want to travel alone or save money, it is perfect for staying here.

Very Good
KKar5bThe environment is far superior to many Shanghai youth hostels, and domestic youth hostels should learn from this in terms of facility layout. The bathroom is right next to the capsule, but it's incredibly quiet. The lockers are separate from the capsule, so you can access your belongings without disturbing others (and the locks are keyed, not sensor-activated, so there's no noise). The beds are firm, and getting in and out of them makes no noise at all, so you don't have to make your own bed. The capsules are ventilated, so there's no stuffiness at all, and the air conditioning is very cool. There's a common area and a shared refrigerator, and a clothes dryer is located in the luggage room, so you can store your luggage after check-out. The front desk will remind you to leave your keys when you go downtown during the day to avoid losing them. The location is close to a large supermarket and bus stops, making travel, food, and accommodation very convenient. Eagle's Nest Mountain is about a 15-minute walk away, and the train station is about a half-hour walk away. A translator was used to communicate with the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse owner is Chinese, and problems are resolved quickly. Sometimes there are two guys from Vladivostok at the front desk, one of whom speaks some English. The environment is very nice, with a kitchen, and it's very clean. There's a supermarket nearby, so you can buy food before returning to the hotel in the evening, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the room is a bit cold.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about 1 hour away from Vladivostok city. There are no restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. When I checked in, the front desk told me that the hotel could not receive foreign guests, which scared us, but finally gave us a stay. Stayed for 3 nights, all rooms did not provide continued health. The triangle wooden house is still great, except for the upper room part without air conditioning, it is a bit hot to live, others are very good, suitable for team travel.
