Hostels in Phuket Province, Thailand

It was a superb stay at Lub d Phuket fun, memorable, and beyond expectations! The service was over the top, with the staff going above and beyond to make our experience extra special. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and the team’s warm hospitality made it truly unforgettable. From the thoughtful surprise waiting in our room a beautifully arranged birthday greeting on the bed and a heartfelt handwritten letter to their genuine friendliness, every detail added magic to our trip. Beyond the incredible service, the hotel's vibrant atmosphere and prime location made it the perfect getaway. The modern, stylish spaces, social vibe, and fantastic amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. Lub d Phuket has set the bar high, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my return visit to this hostel, and I must say I was dissppointed. Last time, on another platform, I gave it an 8/10 rating, but now I think I was too generous. Besides smiling, but not good English-speaking staff (and smile doesnt always solve problems like an informed action), and affordable price, it was hard to find all those benefits I thought this hostel had. Hot water dispenser wasnt working, but even cold drinking water wasnt accessible - i had to ask the staff 3 times for somebody to refill the machine. But the next morning empty again - there should be a system in place and not counting on guests for chasing down staff to fix it whenever the water tank is empty. I say chasing as there is rarely someone at the reception. They might be cleaning the rooms (good luck in finding them), but frankly rooms werent that clean. Floors were praying for mopping, dust in the bathroom fan wanted to leave too... there was even a clearly visible stain on my bed sheet upon checking in, but the staff replaced the sheet immediately (they could have spotted it when they were making the bed the first time maybe? Locker was not working, so the member of the staff had to use knife to make it work. The other storage place was also full of some crumble, i assume it is not on the cleaning list too often. AC in the room didnt seem to work properly. There was always a feeling of the temperature being too cold, whether the tehermostat was fixed at 18 or 25 degrees Celsius, you were freezing even undet the blanket. Privacy curtains are still transparent (?), and the doors of the room close loudly. Shower was more of a drizzle - the water pressure did not meet basic requirements. In the first shower, it wasnt even warm. I entered the second one, where the heater was working better, but you could not shower with water practically just dripping on you. All in all, there are other similarly priced hostels in Phuket that offer a better service.

This hotel located near the airport, only 10 minutes walk from airport. I arrived at last night and should self check-in. The room was good and comfortable, but I've a little problem because the towel was empty and room need some ventilation for circulation

Very good location in Patong, which is not too close to the party area. The check in was smooth. The room was spacious and sleek. The cabin was good and functional. Shower and toilet were clean. A room for improvement is obviously very weak and unstable wifi in room.

Amazing hotel! You get your own private entrance and parking spot if needed. Its clean, quiet, spacious and the staff are lovely and provide towels and water everyday. There is a shared kitched by the front of the building. And a few shops nearby.

Gorgeous hostel! I was upgraded to their 8 bed mixed dorm which is so beautiful. Loads of space per person and felt so fresh and new. Bathroom/shower area is amazing! Location so close to the airport

Great location for exploring Phuket's attractions. Spacious, clean, and comfy rooms. This is the best thing here, we really like to room! Parking was confusing; staff initially didn't clarify where to park. On the first night, we parked with half the car on the footpath without issue, but on the second night, we were scolded and told to park entirely on the footpath (since it was a rented car, not a pickup). There was also uncertainty about parking next to the hotel despite a 'no parking area sign,' with staff unable to provide clear guidance. Additionally, there's no elevator, and the hallway lights were off on our second night.

Although the price was very low, it was a clean and comfortable hotel. The air conditioner remote control in the room I stayed in was broken and I couldn't change the temperature or turn it off. The temperature was originally set low, so the room was very cold and I had to wear lots of jackets. The person at the front desk said I would call a technician right away, but that was a lie. The technician never came. Also, it was very disappointing that the drain in the bathroom was clogged and the water in the shower only flowed slowly, causing the bathroom to flood. Other than the problems with the air conditioner and bathroom, and the lack of an elevator, the facilities are very good. I had a comfortable stay. It's close to the bus stop for the airport, so it's recommended for a stay before returning home.

It's just good and reasonable price if you're in tight budget. You get what you pay ! The bed is not that comfortable I think it's good if you're planning only sleep at night. And the thing I like the most is the 3th floor common area. It's very wide and you can enjoy rooftop view as long as you want. Furthermore, there's a washing machine you can do your laundry there it costs only 20B I like it!

Great for its price. The rooms are clean and have a balcony. Even though it is on the ground floor, there is no smell or pests, lizards etc. The pool is nice... there is a coin operated washer and dryer. Coffee and toast served in the morning as complimentary. The girls at the reception are very polite and sweet and they know English. The hotel where I will stay near Kata Karon is certain, Nonnee. 💫 I just didn't like the shower head, it could have been more useful.
